Then Tuesday rolled around, and no flowers. No phone call either letting me know. I called Monday, but knew they were closed - but was surprised there was no voicemail. So I called on Tuesday, told Taylor they were never delivered, and was interrupted to say the irises didn't come in until today. I started to ask why I wasn't called and we missed my mother's bday, and was interrupted again and said I'd be reimbursed and hung up on. I called two more times, and no answer. They also need to have an answering machine and provide better customer service. So disappointed - not even an apology for the delay, and then screening my call.

The flowers were gorgeous, they decorated the church and the reception, they provided vans for our guests from 3p-11:30pm, and they even moved all the centerpieces to a restaurant for the following day's brunch. Maybe they should just decline orders if they don't care that much. I don't normally leave reviews but it seems like they need the advice. Please don't waste your money like I did on a "deluxe" arrangement and a $7 delivery driver tip because it obvious that they will treat you like garbage anyways. A blind dog could've arranged better than this. Next time I'll just order off 1-800 Flowers if I decide I want something with minimal effort.

Hubs ordered the Goodfella Pizza, with a couple of deletions, and loved it. I chose the Elana Ruz sandwich and it was glorious! Not exaggerating, that sandwich was such a delicious combination of flavors. We were able to find seats inside while we waited, and then hubs found a table outside right before our food was ready. The weather was delightful so we enjoyed sitting outside. We loved the overall vibe, although inside was a little loud. Their decor everywhere was so much fun! We also appreciated the drink refills as we headed out. As we left, we saw tons of parking in an adjacent lot, which I've noted for future visits. Mountain Goat Market is now definitely a must-do on our next trip to The Caverns.

In a very large open room, I was reminded of a high school cafeteria. We were able to get a table right away. Order at the counter and seat yourself. We took turns ordering because our table was the last one and we didn't want to lose it. The meal took only a few minutes to prepare and we were eating by 12:55 The Reuben looked amazing as did the pizza. I was a little jealous. Especially since I ordered the fiesta burrito and found it to be mostly ... just.... okay. I was disappointed that the gift / souvenir shop was closed.

I always quarantine new plants and inspect upon purchase, but ended up throwing away the last two in fear of them spreading. I was talking to another houseplant friend this week and she also said the last two house plants she got here came with spider mites, as well-- hers even spread to other plants because she didn't throw them out. Maybe it's because their house plant greenhouse is open to the outside? Maybe just bad luck recently? I'd stick to buying flowers, produce, and seasonal goods here.

I left with a beautiful clay pot and a huge hibiscus tree!! I even was able to have help with the heavy pot!! I can't wait to go back when I have more time to explore
