After over 12 days of silence from this scam "company",…read more someone finally responded to my email regarding the damaged purchased mystery wood "cutting board" received to let me know that: " the cutting board needs to be sanded and that I need to buy sand paper and do it myself, It is ok for me the customer to receive a damaged product it is ok for me the customer to receive a product that has not been oiled or properly maintained and with splinters, that's completely fine for this 'company' to do so (in other words, damaged) It is ok for me the customer to fix the damaged product for they won't do anything else. " If this is not a scam, I don't know what is. Y'all have been warned, unless y'all want to lose your money buying mystery, dry, splintery, unusable "wood", please go elsewhere. Definitely a terrible value -- and run with gross incompetence and indifference to the customer. I second what others have said. A Scam business -- my cutting board surface also needs to be sanded, all the bolts were not included, the stainless steel had a plastic cover that was very difficult to remove and left awful black marks that won't come off, and when I told them not to ship the missing pieces until a certain date they ignored me. (They also completely ignored my complaints about the quality of the product that was delivered. NEVER NEVER buy BOOS.

My fiance and I went into their store to look at wedding tuxes. We are short of 5 months out from…read moreour wedding. We asked them if we could try some tuxes on or at least put something together for us to visualize since we were still unsure about what exactly we were looking for. The men who work there put us in front of a magazine and said pick what we like. Gave us some swatches and said let us know. We looked through and picked a few options. I asked them if we could see them together. They said they could order them for us because they do not keep any of those pieces in store...they order them. I asked them if they had anything in store they could just hold up to each other so we could decide on colors. They said no. We asked if we could do anything today to see what we liked and see about getting some rentals. They said we had to go online to "build a tux" and put something together. We thanked them for their time and left. We went home, went online, built our tuxes and saw the price. Little high in my opinion. I realized we forgot to ask when we need to have the boys go in and get measured. I called them and told them we looked online and our built tux and asked if those prices were true to store price. He told me there would be no prices listed online.......I was looking right at the number. When I told him this he said they would not be true to in store and didn't understand how I found a price. Cool.. But ANYWAYS. I asked him what kind of time line we needed for measurements. He said we needed to COME IN STORE TO SIGN UP AND GET LISTED WHO NEEDS MEASURED AND OUR WEDDING DATE. We were JUST THERE!!! Why were we NOT TOLD THIS?? I then asked what would happen if we ordered tuxes, got them in, and something didn't fit right. He told me it would be no problem because they KEEP EVERYTHING THEY NEED IN STORE and could just swap it!!!!! I don't normally rant about these things but... 1. We were JUST in store! Why were we not TOLD we needed to SIGN UP WHILE WE WERE THERE??? Now we have to make ANOTHER trip there!!!! 2. I wasn't even given a website to go to. Just told to go online....I had to find it myself. 3. They told me they couldn't put a few pieces together in store because they didn't have anything there...but THEN said they have EVERYTHING there in case something doesn't fit. I feel like they all need to get on the same page! When we were there they acted like they had a MILLION better things to do rather than help answer our questions. They acted like when I asked if we could see them together it was KILLING that salesman to tell me they "could" order it for us. Sorry if I'm being a pain! But this is our WEDDING! We would appreciate at least a little guidance with knowing the process and keep it consistent!!! By fiance is dead set on going here since they are local. If it was up to me we would be going elsewhere where they CARED to help us!! Sorry to be a pain Weber's! But thanks for the NO HELP!
