There hours were spurious and irregular. For 56 dollars I got a box of rose petals and 6 loose flowers that looked like they were dying. Total ripoff. Would not go back but when you are inside you get the vibe that they are already closing up shop. They have done some nice work for me in the past but I think they're no longer at the peak. I love the idea of supporting a local business. And they had my support, and lost it. I'm not going back, and would not recommend. Would rather pickup something from Stop and Shop nearby.

I appreciate the gesture but the damage is done and I can't get the day or the picture back. I'm grateful for the follow up. We use this florist to continue supporting local businesses in the community. However Jay the "business owner" sold me welted flowers for my wedding day. He quoted $135 for the bouquet, and when we picked up the bouquet he let us know (via the phone), that he incorrectly quoted the price. The flowers were already browning at the top and the receptionist had to work her magic to try and make it presentable. For the mistake he gave us $10 for the inconvenience. I, the bride, went back the next day and of course he wasn't there. He got on the phone, didn't listen to my customer's complaint, and immediately jumped into explaining inflation, how he didn't make a profit, and we could've waited for the receptionist to make another bouquet and hour before the ceremony. There was no acknowledgment that he could've reached out to us when he received the ordered batch a day before the wedding to troubleshoot. He was rude and lacked remorse for how his short comings affected the wedding. At the end he gave me an additional $25 and sent me on my way. Flowers are a natural product so I understand not being able to control it. However the customer service from the owner or lack there of is unacceptable. If you're still reading this go to any Florist is FLORAL PARK or NEW HYDE PARK instead. I grew up there and never had an issue. I didn't listen to my gut and tried to give local businesses support but I honestly wouldn't want this experience for another bride.

I picked this florist because 1) flowers looked beautiful on pictures 2) fellow korean and Koreans are good w their hands/eyes so I knew she would produce good stuff 3) love supporting local small business. 4) previously bad experience using national retailer--Do not ever go with flowers.com or 1-800-flower type of vendors. Too much $$ going towards commission for them; just overall bad setup and business strategy where both florists AND customers are short changed. friend who received the flowers were so happy w the product!
