I am not impressed, here are 2 pictures, One of what i thought I ordered and the other being what my mother received today. NOT IMPRESSED, I could have don a much better job and for a lot less, Heck my 8 year old could have done better. I did order through Teleflora and this is year two they have been not ok, Not sure which florist did them last year but will not be using either company again. ONLY saving grace is that my mother is so sweet and never complains and she loves them. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is they have the option online to pay for it to be delivered in the morning, and they weren't delivered until like 4pm. I was impressed with the picture my aunt sent me of the flowers, as well as how easy it was to place the order by phone once I browsed their website to pick the design I wanted. I should mention I ordered these flowers on VALENTINES DAY, which is D-Day for florists, and they were not only great over the phone but also delivered the bouquet on time the next day, which was a Saturday. My pro tip for ordering flowers is instead of using a national chain (1-800-flowers ect) look up a local chain and give them a call. read more

This shop doesn't deserve to have overall low star rating it has on Yelp. Reading the reviews it seems the majority of the issues come from online orders through a third party company this shop also uses. ANYWAYS, went here for the convenience (location). Got in and out with a beautiful and reasonably priced bouquet in under two minutes!!! Only small complaint is I wasn't given a holder to transport the flowers home in my car, but I also didn't ask *shrug* still very happy with my purchase! read more

The service and arrangements from this store are not consistently good and they don't take responsibility for bad arrangements. Roses are half dead, arrangements don't look like the picture on the website, containers are wrong, eucalyptus was supposed to be artfully arranged out and away from the flowers. I have given this florist too many chances to do an excellent job and they have failed too many times. I'm finding another florist who does a consistently excellent job. I ordered a cute fall arrangement for a friend through teleflora and was VERY disappointed. The arrangement looked like leftover flowers from sweetest day and the vase which was to be a candle holder was not. $9.00 for a BOX of chocolates was a hand full of miniture hershey bars. Will never order from teleflora again. Even tho they gave me a small credit, the flowers delivered were to be special and they were not. read more

I've used their service many times...I regret my experience and also not having checked yelp first...I don't like the fact that you have to agree when you order your flowers online that the arrangement may not look exactly the same as pictured...OK, but it better be equivalent to the value I've paid! Substituting carnations for roses is not OK. Not cool when you think your mother would be delivered roses but instead gets a bunch of cheap carnations. Will not use them ever again. read more

Do not order from Flowers by June. I would give no stars, but that isn't an option for posting. I ordered from one of their partner sites for Valentine's Day, and chose this location to create the bouquet that I selected for a special occasion. When the day came, I received no word from my husband about his surprise. Around 2 pm I contacted Flowers by June, and was immediately greeted by an agitated woman answering the phone (I understand that this is a busy day for them, but that isn't an excuse for acting rude to your customers). I let her know I was inquiring about an order I had placed. She asked for the location of the delivery, and if it was a business, so I gave her the business name as well. She placed me on hold to look up the order, and came back saying it was just delivered and that her driver was coming back from that side of town with no non-delivered orders. Since my husband's shift was almost over, I let him know that I was having something delivered to his work, and asked if he received anything, he said no. A couple hours later, right before my husband was heading home, I called the florist again to ask about the order, since it still wasn't received. I was answered by the same agitated woman, and she again asked for the address and business name. I was put on hold, and when she came back, she informed me that she originally looked up the wrong order, and that my order was currently out for delivery by the end of business. She didn't apologize for giving me the wrong information the first time I called, and hung up the phone before I could finish "Ok, Thank you". I relayed this to my husband, and he said he would stay an hour later to wait for his surprise. They were never delivered. Flash forward to one week later, the flowers were finally delivered to my husband's work...one week after Valentine's Day...on a Friday...after business hours...and NOTHING at all like what I had chose. The arrangement of what I selected consisted of roses, lilies and miniature carnations mixed with purple statice and green pitta negra. What was delivered was daisies, chrysanthemums and mini daisies with fern leaves. Quite the difference in quality. I could have spent less getting a pre-made arrangement from the grocery store than what was delivered. After this experience, I will stick with Bagoy's for my floral needs. read more

Terrible florist. I paid for a bouquet with 12+ roses. She sent 5 roses, some carnations and firmly told FTD that the $15 dollar vase, $6 roses and delivery accounted for the $85 flowers I ordered. I call this exploitation which is foolish since everyone sends photos of the bouquets. I highly suggest you don't do business with this florist or if you are using FTD specifically state to not use her. Such a shame.. and on Mother's Day weekend. read more

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day using Teleflora, which used Flowers by June. I got an email saying they had been 'hand-delivered' to the recipient. I called my daughter and she said she did not get any flowers. I spoke with a Teleflora representative who said she would reschedule the delivery and give it a 'Priority' so that it would be delivered the next morning. No flowers arrived. I called Teleflora again to get my money back, but was told I would have to call back the following morning. Mind you, Flowers By June had been called each time I called Teleflora, but the shop would not pick up the phone. The next day, I called Teleflora demanding a refund, but they said they could not initiate the refund until first speaking to the florist. That's when my daughter called Flowers By June to find out what was going on. The woman who answered the phone tried to tell my daughter that the flowers had been delivered that very morning and placed on her doorstep. When my daughter confronted her with the lie, the woman back-tracked by placing the blame on Teleflora, claiming the order came in too late to create and deliver. AVOID this shop, and avoid Teleflora! read more

The bouquet I received for my birthday yesterday was beautiful the first day and wilted by the second. I tried to email them the pictures but no info and when I tried calling I only got a busy signal. They still smell amazing at least!! I just wish they lasted longer! My husband had ordered flowers to be delivered on the 13th. They never arrived. After calling they said they had put it down for the 14th. On the 14th they arrived 5minutes before the end of my work schedual (4:25pm), husband wasn't very pleased with that. Now two days after Valentines day the flowers are very much wilted/dead. I had a great experience with Flowers By June! I was sending my Girlfriend flowers to her new job, and somehow i got the wrong address. Brandon went out of his way to look for the correct address even went to multiple locations, and he called me every step of the way.He even said he would deliver them after hours if need be. And also Brandon is not even the regular delivery driver, he was off this day.
