The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. They took the time to inquire about exactly what I wanted and offered info on their stock to help me decided. There is nothing better than the personalized warmth you get from a small business. I had no idea. She took the card but asked them to take the flowers back. The owner called me and told me what had happened and told me he had refunded my money. I was really surprised. They were perfect, but very expensive. One talk with Flowers by Jennifer, based in Manchester, NH, seems to have solved the problem. She makes arrangements featuring locally selected flowers and foliage. Her eye for a beautiful arrangement is just wonderful; she is an artist with flowers. Her care for customers is perfect. The last several times I have bought something for my wife I have been disappointed considering the money I have paid. This Valentines day is the first time I have used Simple bouquets and I will use them again. The arrangement was huge and full of roses and other premium and fragrant flowers. My wife loved them and said they were the best flowers I have ever gotten for her.
