So update . The manager is a disgusting little teenager who is very rude . They had the nerve to give me dead flowers on Mother's Day and tell me my expectations are too high . Yeah I guess I expected not dead flowers . I paid $150 for flowers and I got an $50 arrangement . I've been buying flowers for years here . Longer than any of those girls have been working there . If you don't want me buying flowers from you just say it . Don't insult me and try to make me cry because you want to look good in front of your little employee .the manager was purposely trying to rage bait me so she would have a reason not to serve me anymore . My husband recently passed away and a friend from across the country had ordered a flower arrangement for me as a " Month's Mind" from here. It was to cheer me on the first month anniversary of his passing. What a great tradition. I was not home when the arrangement was delivered. I told the driver where to securely place it in a bucket on my front porch. When I got home, it had been placed on the cement and the wind, I presume, had blown it over, as it was too heavy with lots of foliage with 6 roses and one clump of hydrangea. It was drained of water and the hydrangea was dead and the roses became fully bloomed and tired. This was on the 3rd of July and the flower shop was closed on the 4th. I called the first thing on the 5th. Then I brought the mostly dead arrangement back to the shop and they rebuilt it. This picture is of the rebuilt arrangement. Highest recommendation! Needing to send flowers to relatives in Rio Rancho, I yet again accessed Yelp for a recommendation. The person who took my order was precise and efficient. She took time to explain which flowers were the freshest and would last the longest. She probed for specifics about what I wanted and didn't want. The arrangement exceeds my expectation. It is. "medium" sized bouquet of upper range flowers. Cost, including delivery, about $80. This is the third long distance flower order I have completed in 5 months and for each i used Yelp to select the florist (Colorado, Nebraska, and New Mexico). I have no idea how this shop has four stars. If you scroll down to see all the reviews with photos, you'll see they repeatedly rip off their customers. I've attached two photos--one is of the bouquet as advertised, and the other is of the bouquet as delivered. To add insult to injury, I paid extra to have the bouquet upgraded from what was in the advertised photo. Flowers & Things should be ashamed of themselves for this habitual dishonest practice. I can only imagine they get away with it because most people don't share photos of their cheap-looking bouquets with the senders. read more

I've worked in a flower shop, so I am kind of familiar with how things go. For example, orders will not always look like the chosen photo. Substitutions are very common. I placed an online order, and the shop called me to say they did not have any of a particular flower (blue Iris) and the delivered bouquet colors might be different. They would include sunflowers and make it a more "fall" look. I ok'd that and appreciated the heads up. I spent $80 (including delivery within Rio Rancho) and got an ugly bouquet. I am very disappointed. See the photos for yourself. The flowers in this bouquet are inexpensive and haphazardly arranged. She assured me it would look somewhat like the FTD Beyond Blue Bouquet. I ordered two days in advance to give them time of have the white "carnations", roses and lilies. I love my momma, ok? So that is why I wanted to slap myself when Valentine's Day came and I had done NOTHING for her. I mean, really. I ordered flowers for daughters' wedding1 week prior to the event, with white roses and mostly white flowers. I was assured there would not be a problem and discussed pick-up time with Gabby. When I arrived to pick up the $$$ arrangement, at the time I told them I would pick up the arrangement, Gabby (cashier) said they were already picked up. Thank goodness I had the paid receipt and no flowers. After discussion I was told, because they couldn't find the arrangement, they would put together something. My time was tight to pick up flowers and cake prior to the ceremony. I refused the offer of "putting together something". This was not what was specifically ordered for a special wedding. The owner/manager was 20 feet away and did not say a word. I requested my money back. I will never recommend this shop and recommend all to go somewhere else for better service and to have flower order completed as requested. read more

Last Thursday am, I realized that I had quite forgotten to send my dear old auntie a birthday card, so called to get a bouquet to her lickity-split. They assured me that they'd get it out to her than afternoon (they're located approximately 3 miles away from auntie's house). A week later, I still had not heard how auntie liked the flowers. Evidently something went haywire, but Debbie said she'd send another bouquet out to make up for it. A few hours later, I heard from auntie, who is raving to the moon about the beautiful bouquet and how the delivery guy was so apologetic. (I hope so, didn't want the dear to think I didn't order it on her birthday and was covering for it being a week late!) Anyway, made her day, she's 91 and I had to laugh when she added, ". . . and hey, the delivery guy was hubba-hubba, ya know what I mean?" Poor customer service. I live in California and my mom is in Rio Rancho, NM. I spent days looking for the perfect bouquet and a good place to order from that wouldn't screw me over. When i ordered i told them a specific bouquet. They said they could do it and had the flowers. When she asked me what price range i told her i didnt want a little bouquet. The prices started out at 45$ minimum for delivery. I said okay give me a 55$ boquet. The bouquet was supposed to be pink and white roses with carnations and lilys. My mom recieved a SMALL, CARNATION bouquet with 2 PINK ROSES and 1 LILY in a Pink vase. When i called to say it looked nothing like the picture. They asked for pictures and "reviewed " it then called me back to tell me that i was right. It doesnt look like the picture of what i wanted but that i did get what i paid for, and that roses are 5$ each (which i was never told when i was ordering and was asking about the prices) In the end she said all she could do was give me 10% off my next purchase. ....why would i ever want to make a NEXT purchase if they couldn't even satisfy the 1st! read more
