I am writing this review with deep frustration & disappointment following an extremely unprofessional & harassing experience involving Flowers Amor & their fulfillment partner, From-You-Flowers. I have ordered from From-You-Flowers multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, I purchased a "Deluxe" bouquet for $77.07 as a special surprise for my wife. When my wife brought them inside and she sent me a picture, it was clear this was not a deluxe arrangement. It contained only three roses, one or two carnations, & clearly resembled a basic bouquet, nowhere near worth the premium price. I contacted From-You-Flowers immediately. They apologized & offered a redelivery, which I declined because the surprise was already ruined. They then offered a credit for a future order, which I accepted. Instead, they issued a refund. Three days later, an older woman from Flowers Amor called my wife (the recipient) directly, not me, the purchaser, in a rude & aggressive tone. She falsely claimed I had canceled the order & demanded the flowers back, stating angrily that she would come to my wife's home to retrieve them. My wife & I were both on the call, shocked by the hostility. When the woman called my wife initially, she criticized From-You-Flowers, saying "they are the worst company to order from." But continuing to harass the recipient of a gift by threatening to show up at their home three days later is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If you were upset with the resolution, take it up with the company you allow orders from. In my 33 years, I have never experienced such unprofessional & aggressive treatment from a florist. I have previously avoided Flowers Amor on delivery platforms due to their high prices & reviews of poor quality. This incident confirms that decision. Their behavior reflects poorly on this company. I will never order from From-You-Flowers again if they are using Flowers Amor to fulfill orders & I strongly advise others to stay away. No customer, or gift recipient, should endure this kind of harassment. Flowers Amor should be ashamed of their shameful service and attitude. My friend in Colorado paid $ 77 for a bouquet, paid extra for same day delivery - which should have been Wed. I got 3 roses, filler flowers Thursday at 7 pm. I hate when businesses take advantage of out-of-state customers. Florals are pretty - but my friend was so discouraged with service & final design. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a flower shop. My brother ordered me flowers to be delivered Christmas Eve. They did not arrive. I noticed a phone call and message on my phone Christmas night. The message was left at 845 pm Christmas Eve. The driver stated that they were running behind in deliveries and if I didn't call back ( I was asleep) they would deliver Thursday When the flowers were not delivered Thursday the 26th, I called today; the 27th. I was told by the owner of the shop it was my fault for not calling back Christmas Eve. She said they called me multiple times. They called me once. Then they told my brother they were delivered on the 24th. Since he knew I didn't get the flowers he canceled the order . When I asked her why she told him they were delivered she said because she had to close out the order on the 24th or she didn't get paid So she was dishonest with me, my brother and told me she did nothing wrong and it was my fault. I am so appalled at her behavior towards a customer, her lack of ethics and rudeness. I would not recommend this florist under any circumstances. read more

My daughter in law ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I sent her a picture when I received them from Flowers Amor and she was disappointed. She said they looked nothing like what she had ordered and she cancelled the order. A replacement order was sent 5 days later. This florist just called me and wanted one of the flower arrangements back. Didn't care which order. They are sending someone to pick them up. Never heard of anything like this. I'll make sure she knows the florists name. I'm sure she won't want to use them again. read more

Paid over $100.00 including tax/delivery fee for a bouquet of flowers, designer's choice. Received a bouquet that included FOUR roses and some filler--over $18.00 per rose. Cutting, trimming, placing in vase with ribbon could not possibly take more than ONE hour. Additionally, the order was placed at 2PM and not delivered until the following day at 3:30PM. Totally unacceptable service. We will look elsewhere for future orders. read more

This is a great little flower shop in my little town of Carson City Nevada. The flowers I got for Valentine's Day from my son are gorgeous.Very well put together with pink roses pink carnations and other little flowers. They were delivered late at night and our beautiful easy to tell these are fresh flowers and I look forward to enjoying them. read more

On December 3rd I ordered a "Delux Holiday Flower Tree" for $120. When I visited the recipient the following day, a minimal "cheap" arrangement had been sent, instead of what was ordered. The following day I complained to 1-800-Flowers on their website chat, and was advised the correct arrangement would be sent and that I would receive an email credit coupon for 20% off my next order. The replacement was not sent and I did not receive the coupon. A very bad example of bait and switch. read more

We gave Laura a short amount of time to get flowers for my grandson's wedding. Not only did she get the flowers done in time, they were absolutely stunning. The headpiece for the flower girl was absolutely beautiful and intricate looking. Their attention to detail, the freshness of the flowers and the beauty of each individual one was absolutely appreciated!! She did the bride's bouquet (and a separate one, smaller, for throwing), maid of honor, 2 bridesmaids, flower girl, groom, best man, groomsmen, both "moms" of the happy couple and gave us extra to do smaller flowers for the grandmothers of the couple. I am super disappointed with this service. The whole point of my order was for my fiancé to get it at work on her birthday. This was specified in the order and I wasn't even notified that it couldn't happen. The only reason I even found out there was an issue was because she showed up at home without any flowers. Laura the owner is awful. She accepts online orders from third party vendors she cannot complete. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday with same day delivery that were never delivered. They were supposed to be delivered before 2pm that day but did not get a call from the owner until 5pm. She offered to deliver the next day but turns out she couldn't deliver until after 3pm.
