But after I started there, it made me want to push myself and get healthier. With the help and guidance of the teachers I'm a new man. I'm starting to be in the best shape of my life. I have been to other martial art schools during my life, but nothing comes close to the Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Kick boxing classes here. He invited us to experience one of his Tai Chi classes, and we had such a great time! Sam was incredibly accommodating and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The class was such a unique experience. We learned different breathing techniques, movements, balance, and how to be more present and connected with our bodies. I honestly didn't realize how much depth there was to Tai Chi until experiencing it firsthand. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what he teaches. You can tell that he genuinely wants his students to learn and understand the practice rather than simply follow along with the movements. My cousin and I both really enjoyed the experience and walked away feeling like we had learned something new and meaningful. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Sam at Hsin Yung I Chuan School of Tai Chi and Qigong if you're interested in Tai Chi, Qigong, mindfulness, or simply trying something different!

When I arrived Laoshi James explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease. This was a life changing experience, in addition to helping me to relax and keep my anxiety in check, the reiki session did something else for me : it helped me let go of the grief I carried inside me for the last 7 years. I felt that a water gate was finally open and all the sadness and trauma left my heart like a waterfall. I don't even think I told him that after the session because I didn't really understand what was happening. I went looking to relax and I gained so much more. Laoshi James is very caring and profesional. I am planning to schedule my next session soon. I highly recommend that you try reiki.

Very creepy old man. I'm not recommending him to anyone.

Whether you are a beginner to the martial arts, or an experienced martial artist, we guarantee that we have a class to fit your needs So what makes our classes different? At Mt Song, we consider our school more than just a place to exercise a few times a week, but rather a "College" for learning the Martial Arts. Here, students are given a four-year curriculum, starting as freshman, and graduating after completing their senior year. Graduate students continue their studies at Mt Song by choosing their own areas of interest among the many fighting styles and weapons of Shaolin gong fu or Tai qi. This "graduate program" encourages individuality in the martial arts by allowing students to express themselves in a variety of ways.
