    $75 ?!? Are you kidding me?

    This was a $75 "deluxe" arrangement. This is no where near what was advertised on the website as the basic arrangement I then "upgraded". Obviously hustlers.

    Flowerama was amazing, not only did they call to tell me they weren't sure if they would have the exact flowers because of delivery issues (everyone is having problems right now) but to talk about my delivery instructions. Not only did my mom LOVE her flowers, she sent me a picture and I LOVED them as well, above expectations and the delivery person was so great and waited for my mom to get to the door, I had told them it may take her a while since she just injured her back. I really appreciated that. Top Notch.

    Mother's Day was a disaster! I live in California and parents live in New Mexico. I usually always order from ProFlowers but this time was a mistake. They lost the order and missed mother days delivery.. but then ended up being delivered Tuesday after mother days... flowers were almost wilted and no smell.. BUT FLOWERAMA!! Saved the day! I may not have been able to get anything delivered to my mom on the day of but what made it more special was how absolutely the flowers were! My mom was in love! The bouquet was so big and fresh and my mom LOVED the smell!! I will be ordering from here from now on , thank you for making this so special for me and my mom!!! I have attached two pics- first pic is from pro flowers and second is from flowerama!!

    I used this shop before Covid and received 11 roses instead of the dozen I ordered. Called the shop and had to coax them into delivering one single rose the following day. Good customer service, good common sense seems to be lacking here. Shop was closed during Covid. OK. I can understand this. Ordered roses this week for my anniversary with delivery. 50 dollars higher than two years ago. Delivery day came and my wife had the front gate locked. She has her phone set to forward unrecognized phone numbers to VM. The delivery person made the attempt and left with the roses. Eventually my wife called, spoke to the shop and was told her choice was to pick them up herself or wait for delivery tomorrow. She chose delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and now I am home for our anniversary. We wait, and wait and in the afternoon I call and ask where is my order. Oh, its in the shop, waiting for pickup. No, they won't deliver it today but will deliver it tomorrow, do you want us to deliver it tomorrow? Went over to the shop with my wife. Picked up her very very expensive and now aged roses. No adjustment for delivery (we attempted delivery- OK).. My wife is a very loving and practical woman. She told me that she loves me and that with such caring service in this town I will just buy her roses at Sam's club, put them in our own vaise. I will in the future, many more roses, fresher and much less expensive. Our next delivery from this shop will be at one of our funerals (our church seems to use this operation). Avoid. Check the reviews at the other two shops in town.

    White rose bouquet

    I came here to get my boyfriend roses for boyfriends day, I was then greeted right away and felt welcomed. I then looked around the store at all their beautiful selections and add ons and I decided to add a card along with white roses and in total it came out to 30$ a good value ! it was definitely worth it and I would recommend for everyone to come here atleast once to get that special someone the most beautiful flowers.

    I live out of state and ordered a Christmas flower arrangement for my mom, to make her Christmas a little more merry! I asked her about the arrangement and she said the petals of the roses were partially dried and falling off. When I send flowers I trust that what I purchased will be as close to the arrangement that I chose and the flowers being delivered are going to be fresh or at least not partially dead. I expect a quality item as if I were purchasing in person and not taken advantage of just because I am not there to do this myself. Very disappointed to say the least.

    I live in Montana and send flowers to a family member in Las Cruses often and I have been nothing but impressed with their professionalism and quality of product. Requested a designers choice and was blown away. Not only is the bouquet magical but they make me look impressive. Thank you

    Danette and her team created the vision I had in my mind and I'm forever grateful! My mom and I explained our vision for greenery and floral arrangements for my wedding and Danette really made sure she understood our wants. She took the time to clarify details and bring to our attention considerations that only professionals know. Flowerama's prices were reasonable and service was impeccable.

    I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement and this is what I got. A water bottle size arrangement.

    The worst spot to purchase any flower arrangements from, spent so much money on a flower arrangement to get some thing else nothing what I had requested and the delivery man couldn't even find the letter that I had an added to the arrangement.

    I've been very pleased with every arrangement I've ordered from Flowerama and their customer service is great.

    Wilting flowers and balloons that lost air in 1 day! I bought balloons from the dollar store 2 WEEKS ago and they haven't lost air.... Flowerama balloons didn't even last 2 DAYS- Suffice it to say I'm extremely disappointed. And the flowers were ordered a week in advance and looked like that's when they were arranged, I could've picked wildflowers and they would've looked more professional.

    Delivery of flowers. Not received. Driver went to my mother's house and asked for a "Beth". Wrong…read moreperson. Right house. No notification left at address. No attempt to contact myself or my mother. Info for contact of both was provided. Merchant lied and stated thru email that delivery was made. After an attempt to contact, she (the person who identifed herself as owner, Natalie Chadburn) made a less than satisfactory attempt to right the situation. I wanted a full refund, she indicated that because delivery was attempted that she wouldn't refund delivery. I want a full refund. NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. She ruined Mother's Day for my bed bound mother. I'm happy to provide copies of the transriptions of communication and the door bell video showing the delivery driver asking for someone named "Beth" when the delivery was attempted.

Spoke with a nice person and pointed out from their website an arrangement called "Low and Lush" for $120. I asked for that specific arrangement. Told them it was a bereavement so didnt want it to look like funeral flowers and no carnations or ferns. I was happy when I asked if it could be delivered that afternoon - but if they didn't have the time or flowers, the following day was ok. She said they could do same day. Great! But ... what they received looked like something from the grocery store. The "Low and Lush" had muted pink and white Roses and Ranuculus and other fillers - was low and filled with flowers. What they received was tall and had 2 sunflowers, some yellow astromarium, a rose and some filler. I called them - the woman said I'd asked for "spring colors" and I said I specifically asked for the "Low and Lush" which looked like a spring arrangement. We just didn't want it to look dreary. I didn't ask for "spring colors" - just no carnations... She told me the arrangement they sent was a "$120 arrangement". It wasn't - I have pictures. She said the only thing they'd do - is do the arrangement I'd ASKED for and ask the recipients to swap out the arrangements. I said that was tacky - and they should send the flowers with an apology from them saying they'd accidentally delivered the wrong one. They would not do that. We didn't tell the Family they were sent the wrong thing as they appreciated the thought from us regardless. Terribly disappointing for the $150 price tag and really poor customer service.
