I got charged $233 for flowers I didn't even order; currently working with the bank to dispute the charge. I'd steer clear of this site.

I use Flower shop network as my website provider and it has really helped my business! It's a good network for florists and the previous florist I worked at for 11 years used flower shop network as their website provider as well. Their team is absolutely amazing, they are the type of company that really gives you time, energy and answers! They explain everything so consistently that usually I don't even have to ask the questions because they have already addressed it! As a florist in a small town I have been so impressed with this company. The company is consistently working on new holidays like National Women's Day and Mid-summer, which are holidays celebrated in other countries and are being celebrated in America more frequently. The flower shop network team is consistently upgrading their platform as well to help florists stay ahead of the curve, I believe one of the things their working on is continuing to improve their website capacities for individualization for the florists that pay for their website packages. Thank you Flower shop network for being personable, genuine, understanding and keeping people answering your phones instead of an automated service or AI! I like to support real small companies that are making a big impact and aren't greedy or hiring cheap labor! read more

COMPARE THE PICS!!! HORRIBLE....This company is a SCAM. Rude, nasty and FAKE. They are not at the posted address and hang up on you!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We have still not got a call back, the flowers or a refund and are currently in the process of working with local media to expose them. Delivery person stated, "They just buy CHEAP flowers from Trader Joe's, then throw them together in CHEAP vases and charge 10x the amount. It is never anything like the website!" LOOK AT THE PICS OF WHAT I ORDERED AND WHAT THEY SHOWED ME. NEVER DELIVERED.... BUT THE PIC THEY SENT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. They had a "delivery person" call at random and claimed to have delivered them. She sent a pic... I posted it below. I had the recipient name stuck in a terrible scribbled paper. They were not delivered, but they sent me a pic of them anyway. PLUS.... the flowers in the pic were NOT what I ordered. Not even close. It was the wrong vase entirely and there were less than half the flowers. I paid for the "premium" and was shown a joke. They didn't deliver them but sent the pic!!!! If you call, a woman answers with, "Yeah?"... not "Florist". It sounds like some woman at home. When I asked if it was the florist, she said, "yeah"... I SHOULD have listened to better judgement and hung up, but was inn a hurry. I placed an order and made a special point to ask that the order be delivered by 3pm on Valentine's Day (this was a week early). I explained that if they could not be delivered by 3, I would need to go elsewhere because the recipient was leaving before that. I was told by the woman on the phone that they would be on time. On Valentine's day, a week later, I called in the morning to double check the time and when the phone picked up, the woman, again, says, "Yeah?" I started to tell her about the order and the time and she hung up on me. I called back for 30 min and kept getting a voicemail which is full, so no messages can be left. I called back an hour later and got the same woman, once she realized I was the same caller, she shouted, "The order probably went out" and hung up again. I called back and she was soooo rude and kept speaking over me, on and on, I could not get a word in. She hung up AGAIN. I called back... this time a different person answered and was polite. I asked for the address and she started to say it but The OTHER woman shouted, "don't give out our address!" The woman on the phone apologized and said she could not tell me where they were. I asked, how can you keep the address secret to those picking up flowers? She said, "I'm sorry, I am seasonal" and hung up. I called again, she answered again and I requested a call from the manager. She took my number and hung up. I have still not received a call or the flowers! A "delivery driver" contacted me and texted me a photo... the item in the picture was NOT what I ordered! It was NOTHING like it and worth less than half of what I ordered. The image shows a terrible arrangement with the recipient's name stuck, written in terrible writing. They claimed it was delivered. We don't have it PLUS.... Even if it WAS delivered.... it's not what was ordered. These guys are a SCAM. DON'T ORDER! I posted images. Of what I ordered and that they "made/delibered".... The difference is laughable. The delivery person texted me later that night, saying THEY had not been paid for their day and asking if I was going to court, as they were interested in working with me. read more

Ordered online 8/19/19 and it was NEVER delivered. Called the next day and gave the guy my order#. He said they were delivered, he claimed he would call his driver and call me right back. Never happened!! I've call 2x trying to get a refund, but now the phone just rings. Don't deal with this Network, totally unprofessional, I think it's a scam!!! Will be going to small claims court. I attempted to order flowers through FSN's online ordering. When I got to check out and pressed purchase I got an error message saying the order could not be processed. I then called them directly and ordered the flowers. Later that day, I received a confirmation of my online order (I had already received one for the call in order). I called the shop and asked they cancel that order and refund my card and they said they would. A week later the charge was still on my card so I called again and once again was told they would. Another week and no change so I have contacted my card to dispute the charge. FSN are liars and thieves. Order at your own risk. read more

FSN Flower Shop Network is an online florist that connects clients with local florists. I live in VB,VA and wanted to send something special to my niece who had bought her first house north of Richmond, VA in a small city. Being unfamiliar with the closest cities, I relied on FSN and its referral to a close florist. FSN contacted a "close" florist which was unable to fulfill the request because it was not close to the city and it didn't have my requested product. The florist contacted FSN but FSN didn't contact me! Nothing was delivered! What a disappointment! I would've been willing to have something else delivered had I been given the opportunity to decide. I cannot go back to have something delivered the day of my nieces special event. I will never use them again and others need to be aware of how they work! read more

The flowers were of such poor quality that I could have bought better at the grocery store. I paid extra for a balloon and there was none. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. Contacted both Flower Shop Network and the Florist filling the order for a refund...I was told that they have a "No Refund" policy. Never saw that on their website. I ordered an arrangement for an out of town funeral that I could not attend. Hours later I got a phone call from the florist informing me that they did not have the white roses for my order but could make a "lovely" arrangement using other flowers. Upon further questioning by me, I learned that they had NONE of the flowers I had ordered and the "lovely" arrangement consisted mostly of pink carnations which are hardly a substitute for white roses and Bells of Ireland! I asked them to cancel the order and was told that, as I had ordered online, I had to cancel that way. I attempted to do so when I got home, only to find the charge had already gone through so I contacted my credit card company to deny charges. I got an email several days AFTER the funeral telling me that my flowers had been delivered! I am sure my credit card company will handle this dispute for me but what a way to make a sad situation sadder!! I will NEVER use this "service" again-buyer beware. read more

Through Flower Shop Network (FSN), On February 16, 2011, I ordered from Newel's Florist in Richton, Mississippi, the largest Peace Lily Plant ($79.19) on the web site. Newel's delivered the ordered plant to the wrong address. When I contacted Newel's of their error, they argued the issue and finally delivered a 6-inch (3 sizes smaller) Peace Lily to the right address. After no reasoning with Newel's, I contacted FSN. Through my voice of dissatisfaction (in writing) to FSN with a copy to Newel's Florist, I expressed the poor service and product I received. On March 3, 2011, I received a message from 877-376-7363, stating an apology for the poor service and product provided by Newel's Florist; and, that I would receive the $79.19 to be dropped in the mail on 3/3/2011. On March 05, 2011, I called this phone number to verify FSNs willingness to RIGHT Newel's Florists' WRONG. To date, I have not received $79.19 from FSN or Newel's, and have not been able to speak to a human being on the phone at FSN. I don't know why Newel's and FSN chose to ignore my complaint and obviously preferred to honor poor customer service. Richton is my birth town from the 60/70's--Richton's population is black and white (ethnicity) and less than 5,000 total. In my case, unfortunately Flower Shop Network and Newel's Florist do not truly understand the value of money, which is green and good customer service--no matter what one's ethnicity. In my business, I order/send my favorite Peace Lily green plant 8 to 10 times per month; however, I will never order from Flower Shop Network or Newel's Florist, and share my experience in hopes of encouraging others to not do business with these people, or at least beaware of what could happen to them.
