I called the shop to discuss the situation. The man on the phone advised me that he didn't have the flowers in stock that were on the website. I asked him why he didn't call me to advise me of that so I could pick a different arrangement. He said he picked what he thought looked best. NO! What my loved one received looked VERY disappointing and definitely not worth the almost $100 I spent. He said he'd go pick it back up and give me a refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! It was already delivered to a loved one for their birthday. I'm not going to have it taken back! That's ludicrous. I managed to get the delivery fee taken off, but that doesn't fix the poor customer service, disappointment, and outrageousness.

Despite my pollen based misery I thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the many greenhouses. Prices are noticeably lower than the Home Improvement mega-stores in the area, and plants appear in better health. The staff knows their stuff! I plan to support this local nursery and hope you will too.
