If she's having a bad day or something then she needs to go sit down and calm down till she can speak to customers without being rude to them.

Cool, huh? I used to frame my own art myself to save a little money. The hubby and I would go, make our choices and hang out at the worktables, each framing our own work. Now? Not so much. I don't have much spare time, so I generally go with option #1. A little more expensive, but worth it. The staffers at Frame Corner are super sweet and are very good at their job. They love helping you find the perfect frame or matte (or both) for your photos and artwork. Turn around time is pretty quick, and the pricing is reasonable.
