I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom. They called me the next day to shake me down for an ADDITIONAL $25 to deliver these flowers!!! I'm sorry, but an $80 flower delivery is PLENTY to drive it 5 miles from the shop. When I objected and said I'd find a local person to pick it up for me, and have them refund me the $11 I'd already paid, they raised such a fit and both employees that I spoke to gave me such horrible attitudes, passing me around on the phone, putting me on hold, then acting like they didn't know who I was! I asked them to simply cancel my order after all this, and they abruptly hung up on me. Is this high school? The correct response to a customer cancellation would have been to make at least one offer to improve their experience and successfully make the sale. Unacceptable, unprofessional, plain rude. Those two women should be ashamed of themselves, and embarrassed for acting like such entitled children. Florists should deliver joy, not salt. Now I get to dispute a $400 charge on the card I used (which I *never* use), someone bought Tim McGraw tickets with it the same day I made my flower purchase. What are the odds it WASN'T these people?! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the arrangement called Golden Days Basket. I was…read morevery dissatisfied with the end product, I called to let them know how I felt and what the specific issues were. I was met with excuses, denial and an argumentative demeanor. The owners argument was "we came as close to what you ordered as we could, and everyone who saw it said it was beautiful." I told her I was sure their perception was based on what they saw not knowing what was ordered or that a $100 was spent, had they known they may have had a significantly different opinion. I paid for the premium arrangement specifically because it had 3 red roses, with red and yellow daisies I got one coral rose which was supposed to be substituted if they didn't have the sunflowers because she wasn't sure they had any, but they did have the sunflowers. The issue is I didn't get what I paid for the arrangement I ordered and paid for had 3 red roses and red daisy's, but there was only one dark pink sprig of alstroemeria in it. She claimed they were closing in a week and weren't fully stocked, so I guess this means she only had 1 rose in her shop. First she tried to tell me there were roses all thru the back and small button daises, I mentioned I had a picture of the arrangement and it had one coral rose and no daisies then she dropped that line of attack like a hot rock. When I said I couldn't believe they only had one coral rose no red roses in the whole shop that was quickly dismissed also. Her solution was to go back to the delivery site and take the arrangement back... So I guess upsetting more people including the recipient was the most viable solution, to this business owner. My solution was to give a review of this business so future clients can reflect on the possibility of this happening to them. After mentioning my course of action, she responds, "I wish you wouldn't do that, what do you want then a refund"? All I wanted them to do was to acknowledge that there was a problem and apologize for it, in a professional and courteous manner. That never happened! The sad part is the reviews on the business website are all so positive but then you go to yelp and that is certainly not the case, and those yelp reviews were very close to my experience so I can only gather this is not the exception for the expected purchase experience, this is the normal experience, so buyer beware! If you click on these pictures of what was sent and what was ordered the difference is staggering much like David G review pictures This is there product description of what I ordered, I also gave product number T174-2C DISCRIPTION OF GOLDEN DAYS BASKET: Here's a golden opportunity to make someone's day.
