My roommate had moved out of my apartment and I wanted to get the entire apartment cleaned…read morethoroughly. I opted for the basic deep cleaning for $199 For 3 hrs, they vacuumed all the floors of my two-bedroom apt, cleaned kitchen counter/stove tops as well as the refrigerator and did some serious scrubbing in the bathroom. Considering that I've tried getting the stains off of my kitchen floor in the past, the steam cleaner they used really made a difference. It was an electronic steamer with a long handle and nozzle, which they used to gloss the floors over. They used green certified products on my apartment, which I've never used in the past, but might start to use because they smell much better than the typical ammonia based cleaners. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely use their services again.

I paid for a deep clean which was hardly a basic clean. I did a full walk through with an employee prior to scheduling ,showed him each room and what was needed and we scheduled a date. He arrived on time with 2 cleaners . Everything was wiped down yet nothing was actually cleaned. Tubs/shower floor were still dirty ( which I later cleaned with soft scrub and a sponge) , cabinets, baseboards and fixtures were not cleaned, mirrors were wiped down but left smudged as if a dirty towel was used. floors were vaccumed yet small rugs ,coffee tables or chairs were not moved, they went around it. I suggest to anyone who uses this company to inspect your home fully before paying. Get everything in writing and over see the work. My mistake was NOT looking at each room carefully to ensure the work was done. The people were very nice and my house smelled like peppermint. Thats the highlight . I concluded this company doesn't really understand the concept of CLEAN or what a DEEP CLEAN is . A $450. lesson learned. I question all of these 4 star reviews

Equinox cleaning truly did a remarkable job leaving my room smelling minty fresh! I can now enjoy many more nights of studying. The CrazyClean Team (Maria & Lisa) showed up at the appointed time, we confirmed details of their Work Order and they jumped into action. The team worked fast and meticulously. I was so impressed with the quality and professional job they did on my Home that I booked a new appointment 2 weeks from now. We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. Please don't trust them.
