I telephoned first and asked for a bouquet to be put together, the great thing was that I was allowed complete freedom to advise on colours and types of flowers and was made to feel that I was highly valued as a customer. On the day the bouquet was ready I went in to collect and pay and was overwhelmed by what they had managed to do for the budget I had given them, the bouquet looked worth a lot more than I had paid and was very impressive. I would highly recommend this place because not only are the flowers of a very high quality but the staff are incredibly friendly and the customer service is top notch. I will certainly be using them again! Well worth a trip to Shifnal for this kind of quality and service.

They have moved within Shifnal but managed to maintain their clientele by the look of it. Just before xmas they saved my bacon for the 2nd time by creating me a bargain flower basket for the £12 I had in my pocket, on the spot - I needed an emergency leaving present for a member of staff and it was xmas eve, the service is always second to none and the lady made my basket look like it was worth a lot more than the £12 I paid. I would highly recommend this place, not just for everyday flowers but for special occasions in particular.

I thought David Austin Roses was going to be just another garden centre but with roses instead of…read morethe usual array of plants. How wrong could I have been? This place is more like one of the best National Trust gardens you could find than a garden centre. There are all sorts of gardens, brimming with roses. There is also a restaurant with an excellent range of lunches, from homemade soup and rolls, to healthy vegetarian dishes, cakes etc. I tried the quiches and salad which was really good. The restaurant has a nice feel about it - very smart. There is also a shop and, would you believe it, a garden centre too! I took lots of photos, as did the various Japanese tourists I saw there. I would definitely recommend David Austin Roses to photographers. We also bought some gorgeous roses, the likes of which I haven't seen before.
