This is a packed little florists and gift shop. The window displays are quite artful and the bright buckets of flowers outside always raise a smile.
Inside, it is rammed with all sorts of arrangements, silk and real flowers and chintzy ornaments. They also sell some nice bedding plants.
The flowers are beautiful, though I found them to be quite pricey - with a bunch of lilies priced at £6.50 and the freesias at £3.99. The freesias looked quite open and on the brink of being past their best. That said the roses and lilies were stunning.
I guess that I'm spoilt by the low prices of supermarket flowers. This shop definitely had charm, so maybe paying a little bit more is well worth it. read more
