I try not to give bad reviews unless a business REALLY deserves them. And THIS 'business' does. Today is my birthday and my fiancé bought me expensive beautiful flowers to be delivered to my work today. Around 3 he asked if I gotten these surprise flowers yet, and I said no. So he called the florist and they said 'we are definitely delivering them now' ( mind you this is exactly 1 mile from my work ) So at 4 he asked me if I got them yet, I said no. My office closes at 4:30. So I called to ask them if they would be delivered today since we close soon. First they said they didn't have an order, but then clarified my name and found it. They said they wouldn't make it to me on time today. And it's COVID so I understand.... And they said 'maybe tomorrow'. So I said I would come get them after work. I asked for them to refund the delivery price since they didn't deliver them. They said 'we can add an extra flower' When I went to pick them up a lady said 'we were going to deliver them right now but I said that isn't what I was told and I was already there to get them. Then one lady said 'it's your work but no office number' True their wasn't, but there was 2 telephone numbers on the order for them to get clarification. Then another lady said, they were going to deliver to my house at 7. But they didn't have my home address. She refused to refund us any money, and stated I could have a 'free' box of dollar tree chocolates, or an extra flower, or $15 gift card to use for them in the future. None of those were good options. NOW. Onto the actual flowers. NOT what we ordered. Not even close..... not to mention half the flowers are wilted. Soft, squishy, droopy and smell. He paid for beautiful flowers, and got 4 roses and wilted filler flowers and a crap ton of greenery. Publix and Kroger have better flowers than this place. Unbelievable. read more

My husband ordered me flowers via 1800Flowers.com and this is the florist who received the order. It looked horrible. It looks like all the flowers are about ready to die. It's almost as if they picked things from the back of the shop they needed to get rid of. It's was definitely not worth $60. For my anniversary, I placed an order around 11pm for next day delivery and they had it delivered by 3pm the next day -- they even accommodated my request to have it delivered a bit earlier than they originally scheduled. My husband went to Flower Jazz in Cumming to order roses for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. He selected 25 roses and paid $150 for the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful, but stuffed with baby's breath and some greenery that looked like elephant leaves. In 4 days the roses began to droop. By, the 5th day the roses were drooping, but never bloomed. When I called the florist, I was given a phone number to call, no name, then a disconnect. The 2nd call a man answered and was quick to be impatient and disrespectful.Then, Olga called and was very rude and told me I was supposed to cut the roses every other day and change water daily!! It would have ruined it. Her response to my post on Facebook was insulting! Told me I did not understand what she "instructed" me to do. Very rude and disrespectful to her disappointed customer. NONE of the roses opened! I have a dozen beautiful thriving rose bushes in my garden. The roses were cheap and very poor quality. Ever since these people bought this flower shop, it is not the same. They arrived Thursday and were beautiful but by Saturday some of the flowers in the arrangement were starting to wilt and droop. By Sunday one rose had turned completely brown and was dried. Monday - forget it, the whole arrangement needs to be trashed. The arrangement has had water in the vase the entire time so it seems like they just used crappy flowers. For the amount of money flowers cost, I expect an arrangement to last longer than 4 days. read more

My son sent me some flowers and Shari Berries for Mother's Day. I do not know where he placed the order, as he lives out of state. I'm thinking the order was then sent to this shop. First, when I arrived at home, there was a notice of attempt to deliver and to call them. Couldn't get an answer that day, however, called the very next morning. They said they would deliver later in the day. The delivery came mid afternoon. The young lady handed me a box from Shari Berries and left. There was no card or message so I had no idea who had sent them, and the box was extremely warm and when I opened them, the chocolate coating was beginning to melt and the strawberries were weeping. The other thing I noticed was that the berries were quite small, some very small. Disappointing to say the least. Later that afternoon, my husband went downstairs to our garage and upon opening the garage door to bring in the trash can noticed some flowers sitting on the stairs going up to the backyard patio. We live on an acre of land and out home sets on the corner of two streets, with the garage downstairs and the front door upstairs. He called me to come downstairs and I was shocked to see the flowers sitting midway up the stairs to the back patio. It had rained on the 8th of May, and these flowers were left there and the paper (not card) was wet. When I read it I saw it was from my son. I took them upstairs and was about to call my son when he called me as he couldn't understand what was going on with the delivery. He had been notified that the flowers had been delivered, but was having difficulty delivering the rest of the order. I told him I had received the strawberries and found the flowers in the backyard on the steps. I told him he might want to contact the shop and let them know that the delivery and product was unacceptable. He said he would do that. As I went to refresh the water in the vase, I noticed that some of the flowers were brown and already wilting, the arrangement was not professionally created; it was very simple, as if the flowers were just thrown into the vase haphazzardly. I won't complain any more to my son, as not to ruin his thoughtfullness. When the time is appropriate, I will tell him not to place any orders through this shop - he spent quite a bit of money and the product(s) were not of quality or freshness. I don't want him wasting his hard earned money. As my husband and I tried to figure out what happened, we realized that the flowers and berries were delivered at the same time. So that meant that the flowers were placed downstairs in the backyard and left, and then the person went to the front door (upstairs) and left the card notifying that they had attempted to deliver the berries. I'm beginning to think the berries were kept in the vehicle overnight until they delivered them the next day. I threw the entire box of berries out! I ordered From ProFlowers.com which used this vendor to fill the order. The flowers were to be delivered to my SO at her workplace. the first Major problem was that the vase was totally different than the one from Proflowers.com the only reason I ordered them is because I liked the style of the vase other wise I wouldn't of spent the $110. The second problem was that some of the flowers ( Tulips? ) were broken from the top stem and appeared dead. After I saw them I filed a complaint with Proflowers.com, they contacted someone from Flower jazz. After Flower jazz received notice they proceeded to contact the RECIPIENT and demanded that I retract my statement to proflowers.com. Please avoid them if possible, I would not be ordering from them next Valentines day. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband had to return to Afghanistan 5 days after our November wedding and decided to send me belated Christmas flowers to surprise me on NYE, so I wouldn't be "alone". I didn't know who they were from or what they were for when I received them (they were meant as a surprise), so I signed at the door. He ordered tulips because they're symbolic for us, and I received 15 mini calla lilies in three bunches, wrapped in glorified twisty ties. Two were almost dead already, and they died the next day. Two more died the following day. The ends were frayed from not being cut well and the flowers got slimy and limp despite my good care. All of the tips of the yellow ones got brown and crispy in three days. My husband was very disappointed, as was I. I called 1-800-Flowers after a few days of this eating at me to try to rectify this. They wanted to, but Flower Jazz said what I got was "an acceptable arrangement" and refused to redeliver. My new order will be going through a different florist who will provide quality flowers, fulfilling my sweet husband's wish to brighten my day from the other side of the world. zero stars. period. i ordered a specific arrangement from the website and what was delivered looks nothing like what i ordered. the owner anna, has spent several hours debating the decision to make a judgment call to change the arrangement without my knowledge. what is really disturbing here is that she has sent several emails to me in regards to my level of dissatisfaction, but did not think to reach out to me even once when she made a completely different arrangement from what i had ordered. she even tried to tell me that she thought the arrangement was pretty! it may have looked nice to her, but it was not what i ordered. this is shoddy customer service and anna cares about money not the customer. would not recommend this business to anyone. i would also like to share anna's last communication to me: (and yes...it was in all caps) i do not want any more argue with you, it is you choice and you do what you do. i try to be nice with you and explain what we do and how it works. good luck for your future order with some other florist, it is you decision, but i will follow your recommendation with call about substitution, most of the time customer order flowers online do not like receive any call from us by phone. you give me good recommendation and i give you some advise to - if you very picky person - do not place order online, just call directly and ask about your choice - it is more quick and easy way for both way - customer and florist. best wishes read more

I must say I was a bit disappointed in what they received did not look much like what was ordered with the exception of the ribbon. I do realize that there has to be substitutions when ordering but what FTD shows online is not necessarily what is received. Just wish it had been a little closer to what I ordered in color and fullness. Not worth the $50+ I had to spend. Worst service ever. 2.5 hours late for my son's wedding on Thursday and not even a phone call. Our repeated calls to you were answered with "we're on our way" which you obviously weren't, since we are less than 5 miles from you. The shop made a flower arrangement for the funeral of the nine year old son of a friend. The flowers were in blue and her favorite color purple with a blue stuffed bear. The arrangement was beautiful and selected as the centerpiece for the memorial table at the viewing service. Received a surprise bouquet of flowers from Flower Jazz today from my sweetheart; talk about disappointing. The bouquet was literally dying right before my eyes. Don't know if the delivery person had it in vehicle near heat or what the issue may have been. I was definitely disappointed. Called the florist to let them know of the findings; they asked me to send photos which I did but casually dismissed what was obvious to everyone's eyes. I ordered Flowers from 1-800-Flowers for my Wife's birthday. Flower Jazz was the company they contracted with... They did not show between 8AM-5PM as promised.
