But from there, I didn't make his job easy. I toyed with my flower budget countless times, added this, took away that.....and finally (with a very heavy heart) decided that I needed to cut into it. Chad was quick to answer all my emails and would give me his opinion for the countless bouquet photos that I'd send over. He truly cut every corner that he could for me in order to make the flowers I had imagined fit into the meager budget that I had given him to work with. The color held so beautifully, and the detail in the preservation is just stunning. I ended up ordering a mix of resin and pressed pieces, as well as some adorable scrunchies made from the dried florals. So I chose a date and made my order. I dropped off my bouquet the next day after my wedding. I was getting worried that I did not do a well of a job to taking care of it (put in water etc.) per instructions. And as my husband and I were on our way to drop it off, I was exchanging texts with one of the staff about my worries and she said it was totally fine and helped me stay at ease haha. The place was cute as you entered. I was explained what the process will be and how long it will take. I was asked what is my favorite flowers or pieces from the bouquet and they were able to incorporate that. I also brought my lei po'o that my cousin made for me in hopes that MBP can do something with it as well. And they were able to! I was soooo happy. I have no complaints at all. Everything went smoothly and explanations were simple and straight forward. When the final product arrived at my home, I was ecstatic! It looked so beautiful. And every time I look at it I can imagine and just go back to my wedding day and relive it. I can't wait to show my children one day and tell them that it contains the parts of my bouquet and lei po'o and that they were all from Hawaii. I heard about Spinning WEB through bridal expo and decided to email just to have options. I had never heard of them so I didn't know what to expect. But Whitney was so amazing from the very beginning. We set up a phone interview to talk, and I emailed her photos of flowers that I liked. She helped me go through different options and worked within my budget to help me get everything I wanted. She even set up a sample of a centerpiece, per my mom's request. It's so hard to know how everything will turn out when you're not the one doing it. I was just hoping things would turn out ok. However, on the day of the wedding, I was so blown away by all the beautiful arrangements!! Our arch pieces were gorgeous and the centerpieces even prettier than the sample. I was so happy with the way everything turned out. Whitney was so easy to work with also. She was so lovely and kind. Their tropical designs with protea, unique flowers, and lush foliage felt natural, artistic, and truly reflective of Hawaii. I loved the variety of styles & colors, and the arrangements felt generous and thoughtfully designed for the price. There was a delivery charge, but honestly it didn't feel like a deal breaker because the overall value was so good. Ordering online was easy, delivery was on time, and they even sent a photo of the final arrangement (I asked), which was absolutely beautiful. Todd was always available for questions and responded in a timely fashion, which was quite valuable for our destination wedding. We were quite sensitive to the preservation of the flowers, so we were most appreciative of recycling our ceremony flowers to be reused for the reception as well. Due to covid, our wedding did have to be postponed once. Todd was incredibly reassuring to us during that difficult time, providing thoughtful and sincere words of advice. Sorry this is going to be long one - This business was on my venue's preferred vendors so I first reached out in January 2026 for my October 2026 wedding. Todd was great at responding at first when we were both trying to get an idea of what I wanted. I'm not big on flowers in general but I still wanted to have some floral for my wedding. I sent over a wishlist and inspo pictures and he priced it out, but I didn't realize how much floral costs so we were able to remove and adjust. He recommended repurposing all ceremony floral for reception to help with my lower budget and for certain flowers to be silk rather than fresh flowers due to the climate. We went back and forth on the phone making adjustments until we came to my final order. I thought it was kind of weird that as soon as he sent me the final invoice, he called me immediately and asked me to look it over and give my card information to pay without giving me some time to look it over on my own then send over my payment. I get he wanted the business but it was a bit of too much pressure, especially considering it is a lot of money and I wanted to make sure everything was good before I handed over money. After paying over the phone, I asked for a receipt and after still not receiving it 2 days later, I asked again and finally got it 3 days after paying. Because I gave myself a lot of time to plan my wedding and started reaching out to vendors early, of course my vision changed as time went by. At the beginning of June 2026, I wanted to change the bridal floral (lei for bride & groom), I added 2 flower girls and one of my bridesmaids had to drop out due to her job so I asked to adjust my order and an updated invoice. I was expecting quick replies from him since that was my previous experience since interacting with him. The final design for floral was coming up on 6/21/26 and I asked about what is needed and again, for an updated invoice. He just replied that it was confirmed but no invoice. At the end of June, I got to the point that I asked my coordinator to step in and check in with Todd. He finally gets back to us on 6/23/26 and says his assistants had some health issues come up so he was backed up with work and would provide an updated invoice shortly. Okay, I gave him grace and patience especially with it being wedding season too. About a month and a half (!) passed by, and I still have not received an updated invoice and final payment was coming up. My coordinator finally got a hold of him and she updated me that he had some health issues himself and found himself in the hospital. She was able to work out a plan with him and she had a floral friend, Patricia (@808patticakes), who knew Todd and they agreed to have her friend take over my wedding under the Always Flowers 808 business. Since then, yesterday 9/2/26 my coordinator updated me that Todd has filed for bankruptcy and is not planning to finish the contracts he started or refund any deposits he has already collected. Luckily my wedding order was already transferred to Patricia so my wedding will be progressing as planned. SO GRATEFUL for Patricia and please consider her if you need floral or cake for your wedding!

She was very receptive and responsive to my emails and did such a fantastic job with the flowers - I could not believe it! Not only was Lynn an extremely top-notch, professional florist, her prices were so reasonable. I must have contacted over a dozen florists, but none were able to match Lynn in terms of pricing.
