We're on the West Coast with a dear friend on the East Coast. This arrangement was for our friend's 90th birthday. She lives in an apartment, so I had told them beauty would be more important than size. I often pick the Deal of the Day so they can make something special with seasonal flowers. Our friend texted us this photo of her birthday bouquet, saying, " ... what a gorgeous arrangement. The colors are so feminine and beautiful. It was a total surprise ..." My wedding was 2 month away when I found this vendor. I wish I never did. They messed up in any way…read morepossible with everything like bridal bouquet, decoration arch, centerpieces and on top of that some flowers were NOT fresh and they didn't put any greenery on the gift table which we paid for. They agreed on giving some refund back, but since then ignored emails and texts. What a service... 1. Ceremony arch. The arch at the venue has black metal plate right in the middle that I wanted to be covered with the the flowers, but it wasn't. When wedding was over I asked Kim and she told me: "I guess you didn't see it ahead of time, we would fix that for you". I was getting ready for my wedding day... And I thought that sending vendor a picture of what you want and talk it over through emails and calls would be enough. The flower person started to put arch away while we were doing photo session, and we had to ask for additional 5 minutes :( 2. Bridal bouquet. It was just a huge disappointment. I provided photo of exactly what I want, mentioned adding as an accent JUST A FEW burgundy roses, didn't wanted to be too dark. But burgindy dark roses were all over my bouquet. Peonies: Kim email me night before the wedding at 10pm that they did got peonies in little darker then expected. Peonies were WAY DIFFERENT COLOR than I wanted. They were supposed to be whitish, slightly pinkish, but they were way too dark pink :( And on top of that the worse part the bouquet was that some flowers were NOT fresh, the gardenias, yes, the expensive ones :( 3. Centerpieces. We had 2 stores restaurant and ordered 2 types of centerpieces for each floor, centerpieces for guest tables upstairs and cocktail tables downstairs. On top of having wrong peonies color, vendor mixed up the centerpieces between guest tables and cocktail tables. 4. Communication. It sometimes took 1 week to have a respond back from this vendor. The last email I wrote 2 weeks before the wedding (August 6) asking Kim how I will get my bouquet on the wedding day and I NEVER heard back from her, I just figured that one out on my wedding day. Couple times Kim sent me a very first proposal without any correction that we already did through the emails of calls. Most details I provided was just ignored :( I talked to Kim after the wedding, what was it all about and she said they had 3 event that day. Honestly, why would I care, As a customer who paid a good check expect good service in return but we had everything wrong.

The flowers were unique and very fresh. It was almost like visiting a little garden. The pricing is upfront and very reasonable. The quality and freshness of the flowers beats any grocery store arrangement by far. I loved the experience of being able to pick my own flower and create an original arrangement. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Parking is a little annoying but its expected for the area. You get a rewards card towards your purchase that can be used either at the florist or the cafe interchangeably. The space is a little small but You can even host events here or host little seminars, which i witnessed happening the last time I visited. Cant't wait to get another bouquet either for myself and especially for someone else. So lovely!

I just popped in after I ordered a latte next-door, and I saw a few plants immediately that I was drawn to that looked very healthy and the price was more than reasonable, especially considering one of them came in a real pot and not a temporary planter! ($17 for a potted plant and about $10 for a smaller non potted plant). I felt like it was fate and that I needed to buy these plants so if you are a plant lover, this is definitely a cute little spot to pick up a little plant or two! Additionally, the service was really great. I can't remember her name,unfortunately, but the woman behind the counter was so so friendly, and gave me lots of pointers on what the plants that I selected needed, so it was really great to have that advice from her as well.
