The joints were uneven and still had old material/debris visible, there were missed areas, streaking/staining, and multiple sections looked worse after the job than before. This was not just my opinion. Ricky came to my property the following Wednesday, inspected the patio himself, and acknowledged that the work was unacceptable and that something went wrong with the install. He told me he would come back that Saturday with his crew to redo everything. No one showed up. My property cameras confirm that no crew came. My follow-up calls and texts were then ignored again. The only time I was able to reach him was when I called from a different number. At this point, I do not trust WeatherX to perform or correct this type of work. I am hiring another qualified contractor to inspect and repair the patio, and I will be pursuing recovery of the correction costs. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend WeatherX for patio/paver pressure washing, sanding, or sealing.

Job was completed before the start of winter before we actually moved in for gutter cleaning and power washing. Noticed that they did not have a tall ladder (we have a split level) but didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe they have fancy tools or what not to clean the gutters. We have gutter guards and were told by WeatherX that the guards are working because the gutters are very clean. We took their word for it and never actually checked that the work was done. Well fast forward a few months, now that we're moved in, the gutters were gushing water from the top during a rain storm. Our neighbor was kind enough to come check for us and when he removed guard, see image attached for what he found. And don't tell me this accumulated in 3 months in the dead of winter with no trees around. Regarding the power washing, house looked aesthetically clean from the outside, but we noticed water on the inside of the house in one of the windows after the cleaning so I reached out to them immediately. I never heard back from them. Grant it they were very responsive when I was booking them and then they ghosted me. They also promised me an emailed invoice post cleaning and got nothing. So, there's my two cents. Hope you have better luck with them then me.

Thank you! Backstory: T.J. from Wingle Septic did a camera study of my home's pipes to locate the septic tank for a clean out. He told me the septic tank was "somewhere here under these two deck footings, and all that gravel. Those footings and part of the deck need to be removed, the stockade fence and horizontal posts need to be removed, and my crew doesn't hand dig, you need to excavate the gravel yourself because my equipment is too big." I was devastated. I spent weeks shoveling and removing the gravel and then called Wingle Septic twice, leaving voicemails. T.J. did not return two voicemails. I had no confidence now for Wingle Septic and decided to use another company. I had a contractor come out to evaluate moving the two deck footings and he said he strongly felt the camera study result I received was too vague and recommended another camera study before dismantling my deck. Thank goodness for his advice and honesty! Joe from Septic Experts was recommended highly by several people for his excellent reputation, professional employees and great customer relations. I spoke with Kim, the Office Manager, and explained my situation. She assured me that they could handle everything. Joe came and said there would not be any problem getting his equipment into my yard. He also said his company would have removed all the gravel if it was necessary. Kim referred me to a gentleman that accurately located the septic tank in the pathway of the yard....nowhere near my deck, the stockade fence and the footings... I did NOT need to move deck footings! Wingle Septic was completely wrong! I had spent weeks excavating gravel for nothing. I can't imagine the cost and waste of money Wingle Septic would have cost me!! Saw the good reviews for John Matthes so my wife made the call and spoke with Lisa who was great. She said not to worry, she would find a way to get someone out to help us that day. Joe showed up a few hours later and was clearly a bigger job than he expected but he knocked it out of the park. He also told me it looked like it wasn't pumped correctly the last time which was pretty disappointing to hear. As a side note Joe was driving one of the nicest septic trucks I have seen. Think it goes to show that these guys take good care of their equipment. All in all a great experience. Thanks Lisa for finding a way to squeeze us in and thanks Joe for taking care of business. I thought that I was looking at a $20,000 fix. Due to other commitments, I also had a small window during which time I could have them help me. The receptionist was wonderful on the telephone. She said that she would reschedule some routine appointments to accommodate me and she did. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and was able to clean out my tank by refilling it twice with the used water in order to remove the heavy sludge. He also helped me to figure out how to clear the lines to my gray water tank without me having to open it up. The whole experience was so much easier than I feared. I am very grateful and highly recommend these people!

Terrible experience all around I made the mistake of hiring…read moreMorris Renovations to replace all the windows in my house. I waited 8 months for the new windows. Morris Renovations kept blaming the delay on the factory and on covid. I find it very hard to believe because this was late 2021, the first half of 2022 when covid wasn't that big of a deal anymore. Also, I picked Marvin windows which are made in the US using Canadian lumber. Regardless, during those 8 months, it was incredibly tough to get in touch with anyone from Marvin who could provide me an update. My "project manager" Roman was nowhere to be found and would not return my calls. The guy who answers the phone just said he didn't know anything. For "security reasons" he would not provide me a direct number for Roman so I basically had no way to reach my supposed "project manager". You can't just take a 7K deposit and go MIA. Anyway, I was just about to lose all hope, when, miraculously, after 8 months, my windows were finally ready. On the day of installation, however, it turned out that one of my windows had been "misplaced" and no one could tell me where it was or when I could get it. 2 weeks later, they "found" my window. We set up a new install date, only to get it rescheduled with less than 24h notice. I didn't even get an apology. I'm still waiting on that missing window.... Now, as to the installation itself, it was far from top-notch workmanship. I had to go around and ask the guys to add more insulation foam in spots they had missed. They scratched and damaged the new windows in a couple of places, and they broke the molding on the interior so now I have to get that replaced too. Their caulking looks like a 2-year-old did it. To top it all off, they almost yelled at me for picking a big bow window with fixed panes because it is harder to install without specialized equipment that Morris does not have.All in all, my experience with Morris Renovations was extremely disappointing. After spending the equivalent of a new car, I was expecting to at least get quality to match the price. Sadly, all Morris has to offer is good salespeople. Once you've signed on the dotted line, you will get nothing but frustration and disappointment. Learn from my mistake and find a better contractor. UPDATE: I finally got my missing window. After reading my original review, the guys really tried their very best this time. Their best is just not good enough, unfortunately. They didn't use house wrap to prevent water intrusion. They didn't shim any of my windows. They somehow managed to over-tighten some screws and had nails popping out on the finished side of a 10K bow window. Not to mention all the scratches and dents they managed to put in. Their caulking is still deplorable. And they should not be allowed to touch moulding or any finished carpentry. I am mostly mad at myself because instead of going with the contractors I know, I decided to spend a little more for "professional window installers" thinking they would actually know what they are doing. I know how hard it is to find good contractors. I really hope this review helps prevent people from doing the same mistakes I did.

Sliding door installation…read more rough opening was not measured correctly. it was at least 3 inches too narrow and 3 inches too short. to take up space on the top, they broke apart the old door and stuffed it in the gap at the top, the sides where filled (mostly) with foam. It fit so poorly, they took longer screws from the old door. no felt or barrier on the sill. good job on the metal work around the window. I guess they have to be good to hide the terrible craftsmanship. Calls to the sales person go unanswered.
