I'm pretty sensitive but she has catered to all my needs and is so fun to talk to. Ofc, I can't escape all the pain but she tries to be as gentle with me as she can & do it in smaller patches. I really appreciate her attention and care! The entire staff is super nice and are understanding even when I'm running 10-20 minutes late due to traffic! I always text or call to let them know. The one time I ran pretty late, they offered to reschedule me on a different day at no extra cost, or see me after their current appointment was over. I chose to wait since I was already there. They treat their regulars so well, so I highly recommend :-) PSA: Only metered street parking or parking garage straight across! It's pretty easy to find a street spot on a weekday but tougher on the weekends. Make sure to come early to account for parking & traffic!

Aly was extremely knowledgeable/informative about the whole process, clearly explaining the benefits of sugaring over waxing. She was also extraordinarily considerate, often asking if I was doing okay after every pull. Never have I ever had a more relaxing brazilian/underarms/nose/ears/facial hair removal procedure than today. This is definitely my new go-to place from now on.

The clinician called me to ask if I could come in early and I said yes hoping to be feeling better but as I began to work on some things at home I felt worse and worse. (I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

Her response time is quick, and she's just so professional while being so sweet and loving person. I'm always shy like it's my first time getting the wax, but Jenn always helps me relax and be comfortable. And to talk about wax, I've only got waxed from Jenn, but can tell that her waxing hurts less than other waxing methods. Her suite is really clean and sanitized too, if anyone is worried about that. The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth.
