We purchased a Groupon for the detox and it didn't disappoint! The infrared sauna was nice and private (only the 2 of us). I didn't react well in the salt room but she loved it. The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay. I work in the medical industry so am very particular about where I go to be treated, and this location passed with flying colors. The location is new but the business is not. The owner has a few other locations in Michigan. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mark, who I later found out was one of the owners, and Jeremy one of the nurses. Both were incredibly kind and explained their options to me. Once I had completed my paperwork Jeremy took me back to start my iv. He did it seamlessly. After my iv was in Jeremy walked with me as I selected a room to relax in. There were multiple to choose from. I opted for the front room which was bright and welcoming. The couches were comfy and I there was a television for me to watch if I wanted. After I was settled Jeremy hooked my fluids up and I was running. During the infusion Mark and Jeremy checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. They were beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for all hydration/vitamin needs. They even offer NAD infusions which are truly life changing!!!! I wish I lived closer because this place would be a monthly stop for me. I can't say enough great stuff things it. I didn't want to need an…read moreIV so I tried and tried to just do whatever I could to make myself feel better but when I had drank 4 gallons of water and couldn't hold it down I know I needed an IV. My boyfriend handled most of this given my state of being, however Kenny couldn't have been more amazing. I am not the best to deal with when I'm uncomfortable - it's like hangry x50 and kenny was so amazing the entire time.
