A seven hour wait to hear this? The person mentioned the last appt being at 3pm but the site explains how they are available until 10pm and some possible after hours. I sat waiting for this person to communicate and it never happened until 9:52pm. The lack of respect for clients' time and the apparent disorganization within their scheduling system is not only unprofessional but also incredibly inconsiderate. It's disheartening to see a company, which presumably prides itself on its customer service, fall so short in one of the most basic aspects of customer interaction. In today's fast-paced world, effective and efficient communication is key. Unfortunately, HydraMed has shown that they are severely lacking in this area.
