    S'mores cold brew

Visiting the area stopped into this cute coffee shop. Welcoming friendly and delicious cold brew. The s'mores was some of the tastiest cold brew I've ever had. The blueberry homemade scone was delicious as well, full of fresh blueberries. Small lot but plenty of parking. Don't pass by this spot! You won't be disappointed.

Short notice order for two cakes, what an outstanding job they did. One was a strawberry shortcake, really wiped cream, fresh strawberries and a wonder dense white cake. Other was a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. Unbelievably delicious! Chocolate was the best I have ever had anywhere. Thanks girls!

Solid 4 stars, quick stop after a soccer tournament for coffee and a few treats. Both girls working were helpful and polite. It was mid afternoon on a warm sunny Saturday, do the store was quiet. Everything in the store was very clean and well organized. Coffee was excellent. Mini cupcakes were a hit with the kids and the brownie was good. Highlight of the trip was the big chocolate chip cookie. Moist, baked perfectly with a generous amount of flavorful chips. Great location on route 6, right off 240 and I-195

The sandwich is the Vermonter, salad is the Spinach salad with tunafish, lemon ricotta cookie, the James smoothy, the Green Monster

We stopped in after our bike ride looking for a a smoothy. We decided to stay for some lunch. We like the ambiance of the shop. It feels quite quaint inside. The service was good for a small shop. We are not looking for fast food service when we head out, and this fit the bill. Very relaxed atmosphere. I had the Vermonter sandwich which was very tasty. My wife had the spinach salad with tunafish. She enjoyed the slight lemony flavoring in the tunafish . The smoothy were good. I had the James and had them substitute almond milk for the yogurt. My wife liked the almond butter in her Green Monster smoothy. It made for lighter flavor. The lemon ricotta cookie was an excellent way to end this meal. I would highly recommend Flour Girls Baking.

Cute place and great coffee! Nice choices for sandwiches and smoothies. Small seating area but there's an upstairs with a table and sofa and an outside patio. Service was good and pleasant.

Went there for the first time and overall it was a good experience.. the place is bigger than it looks outside because they have first floor seating , a second floor for indoor seating and a deck outside as well to sit. The wife and I both ordered 2 different breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. The coffee was ok but I think I'd rather get coffee from Dunkin or Honeydew instead.. the only real negative is the pricing. They had a steady flow of people going in and out so don't know why they feel the need to charge so much. I would def start going there more often if the pricing wasn't so high I mean $29 for 2 coffees 2 breakfast sandwiches and a small juice and a donut is pretty crazy so that being said I have 3 stars because the coffee isn't great and the prices are way to high. If the coffee was better and the prices lowered a little it would be 4 stars

Healthy choices of breakfast and sandwiches with smoothies, acai bowls and coffees in a beautiful small building (See photos). Friendly service... and as always no tax on food here!

Great breakfast burrito. Also had a really good chocolate banana bread. Also, we missed the cold brew on tap at this place, but the hot coffee was pretty good. They also have an outdoor patio which gets a lot of sun in the morning. The only suggestion we have is to leave a bowl of water out for our four-legged companions. Located in a pretty old house on a major road.

The Painkiller is fantastic, especially if you add caramel. The Epic Vanilla Skooma is dangerously addictive - the flavor profile is incredible, and honestly nobody else in the area comes close. The Buzz is another excellent choice. The food is just as impressive. Their linguica and cheese rolls are leagues above the competition, and I'd put them alongside the very best around. I highly recommend ordering a regular cheese roll leveled up with egg, bacon, and their house-made hot sauce. If you enjoy a Portuguese style hot sauce, this combination is absolutely worth trying - you will not be disappointed. The peanut butter cookie is unreal; I genuinely wish I had the recipe. The baked goods are consistently excellent, and whenever they have a special, just order it. I've rarely been disappointed by anything they've made. I used to live nearby and honestly miss having this place around. Their pizzas deserve recognition too. They're some of my favorite bar style pizzas in the area. If you prefer an ultra thin pizza, you might lean toward Dipper Cafe, but it's hard to beat The Meatball Thing, the Thanksgiving pizza during the holidays, and many of their other specialty pies. The atmosphere adds even more to the experience. They have arcade style games you can play while you wait, and the music is always great. If you're into King Diamond or heavier music, you'll probably hear something you love. If you live nearby or are just passing through the area, don't skip The Nook. For me - and for everyone I've recommended it to - The Nook easily earns the title of best coffee shop in the area.

-ONE PARAGRAPH REVIEW-…read more The Nook has great coffee. The Nook has great food- not entrés but café stuff: sandwich rolls, focaccias, muffins, etc. The Nook has old school, retro vibes. It has rock music vibes. It has creative, inspirational vibes. It has quiet, read-a-book-in-the-nook vibes but also loud Donkey Kong-guitar riff-crunchin' vibes; depending on the time and the day. It's perhaps a tad too small inside, but that's what makes it a nook. Lots of hot and iced coffee options, food is quality over quantity: get their signature cheese or linguica roll as-is or "leveled up" to make it an egg sandwich because it's the best around. And their focaccias are made like a pizza and imo are better than their actual pizza! Ok that's a paragraph!

Customers also pick up some 'pops' or 'papo secos' a dry roll for sandwiches or with dinner, and maybe say a few words in Portuguese. And they did not disappoint, having both the traditional natas with flaky pastry & brûlée tops and at least half a dozen other types including Nutella, caramel, chocolate, passion fruit and more.
