    Florios: pizza with dipping sauce
    Crystal W.

I love pizza. Too lazy to walk anywhere so ordered for delivery. It's +55 delivery fee. Ordered half pepperoni/jalapeño and half half mushrooms totaling $285 in pesos. Delicious crust and fresh ingredients.

This place was absolutely delicious!! What made it extra special was the attentive owner and staff! We enjoyed the tomahawk steak with a side of fire grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes and risotto! The pizza is also crafted to perfection! Highly recommend!

A block off the restaurant row of the malecon with 3 dining areas , Air-conditioned and non on the first floor and a second floor rooftop patio. I was searching thru yelp for something that wasn't the typical tourist infested mediocre Italian and found Florios. The building itself has lots of architectural appeal. The food and service were quite good. They do a really nice pizza and had an interesting selection of wines. It won't go down as one of my top dining experiences in PV but certainly one I would return to. They can accommodate large groups and actually take reservations via WhatsApp which I believe I linked to via their Facebook page. I received an immediate response and my table was ready and waiting when I arrived. I'll be back to check out there pastas next time.

Yum!! Was great to switch it up, and have Italian food one night while visiting PV. The restaurant is maybe two blocks from the church. We ate upstairs. Gotta take this small spiral staircase up, but it's cool to be on the rooftop patio. Everything we ordered was pretty dang good.

Vegetarian and pepperoni pizza with chimichurri sauce
    Jallil T.

Pizzaaa. Finally. So good. We ordered the vegetarian and pepperoni pizza. Super good. We ordered in. They knew English. So that helped me a little, The food was delish. But I wanted to order the one I saw on the other re use with Alfredo sauce. But I guess you have to tell them. And I would add extra cheese next time. ALSO can I add that they gave you an amazing chili oil dipping sauce which is extremely spicy, and also a chimichurri that was amazing I put that on all the pizza and it was fantastic other than a side of ranch which I do not want but this was definitely a hit, I would love to make this at home and he's a chimichurri sauce on pizza!! Wow!! Best pizza spin.

Genuine in their desire to give you a unique experience. Excellent service and care is given to all the "little" details that make the picture complete. DO try the wood fired pizza. It's legit!

Their wood-fired grill is at the center on the menu here: grilled steaks, fresh seafood, shrimp and fish, pizzas, and pasta with shellfish. We particularly liked their chewy, wood fired prebete bread with their standout chimichurri, flavored with garlic, carrot, and red pepper, which were offered before our seafood entrees. The wine highlights Argentine wine like Malbec and Torrontés, but also Italian and Chilean wine. There is an excellent wine shop at the front of the restaurant, where you can pick up a bottle to go.) We ventured…read moreout to La Capella the other night, and honestly, it wasn't just a meal; it was an entire experience, fantastic from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left. First things first, the setting is straight out of a postcard. Picture this: you're perched high up, gazing out at this unbelievably beautiful, sparkling blue sea, with an old, quaint church adding character to the horizon. It's truly a dreamscape, especially as the sun begins its descent, painting the sky with the most incredible colors. Seriously, it's the kind of view that makes your jaw drop and your worries melt away. Pure, unadulterated magic! Our evening was made even more special by our fantastic waiter, Jarod. What a star! He was genuinely charming and incredibly attentive, always there right when we needed him without being intrusive. He kept everything running smoothly, offered great suggestions, and truly made us feel like royalty. His warmth and efficiency really elevated the whole vibe of the night. And then, the food... oh my goodness, the food! It was nothing short of culinary perfection. I couldn't resist ordering my beloved pork osso bucco again - it's become my absolute favorite there, and for good reason! It arrived unbelievably tender, practically melting in your mouth, and every bite was an explosion of rich, delectable flavors. Just as phenomenal as I remembered, if not better! Honestly, every single dish that graced our table was impeccably prepared and utterly delicious. Seriously, if you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, you *must* put La Capella on your list. And here's my golden nugget of advice: make sure to grab an early reservation. Trust me, you absolutely do not want to miss that breathtaking sunset; it transforms an amazing dinner into an absolutely legendary one. Go on, treat yourself - you won't it.

I made reservations a few weeks in advance and we were able to sit on the terrace to enjoy the views. They had live violinists (three!!) that were playing, it was so romantic. I loved the violinists, they were all so nice and friendly. I got the guava martini which was good and I ordered the spageti bolognese, which was tender and flavorful. The dish was solid with a nice presentation. They also brought out complimentary olive bread with parmesan grated cheese which was really good. The food and drinks are pricey! For the 4 of us including drinks and dinner, it ended up being almost $70 per person. Service was just okay, our waiter was a little stern and we had to flag to get his attention a few times. I would definitely come here for a special occasion, for the beautiful view and ambience.

It was pretty clearly food poisoning, likely salmonella based on the symptoms. It is very disappointing since so many people talk this place up. I will not be going back.
