She told me that I needed an appointment and I did so. My mom and I showed up and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and Davina said the door would open at 5:15. Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much. After selling my truck to a buyer we were being given the run around by the dmv in order to transfer title to him. My buyer drove 4 hours to come to this place because I told him they always pull thru for me and his local dmv was being difficult. After driving here he decided to just try the dmv here instead only to get a different response, but still a negative one. He walked out of the dmv hopeless. They were just nitpicking everything. It seemed like all hope was lost and done. Then He said let's go to the place you told me about. I told him they are professional they are knowledgable and they never promise but always pull thru. In the end after driving for 4 hours and thinking he was going to have to drive 4 more hours back home empty handed with no title or tags, Anna and Kim made it happen. I know there are such things as paying for it online but she in the midst of a busy month it totally slipped me. I found North Dade Auto Tag agency to be close by my office and stopped in. There was almost no line - like 2 other people ahead of me - and I proceeded to the front window to get my tag renewal sticker. I showed the very pleasant clerk my license, she did her thing on the computer and I'm valid to drive for another year. Besides the mandatory fee from the state of Florida, there's also a service charge by the agency as well as for using a credit card.
