I've had two other roofers look at the work and they both agree that the shingles were not installed properly and that shingles should never have been installed on a flat roof. I wanted a metal roof but their salesman said it would be very expensive and that his contact wasn't getting back to him for prices, etc. I needed the work to be done before I left to help my elderly father for a couple of months. When I returned, the rain leaked through my roof and damaged the ceiling plus all my bedding down to my brand new mattress. He takes zero responsibility and is asking that I pay him when we haven't come to any agreement on the issue! I feel like he's trying to intimidate me since I'm a single older woman. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. But his business ethics are totally sketchy. Do not use this company for anything!

The other companies I contacted left me in the dark on a lot of things, if they even responded at all, but not Emmanuel. He advised me every step of the way for getting our roof repaired after Hurricane Ian, along with other existing damage that needed repair. On top of all that, they replaced my entire roof, soffit, and fascia in just one day! The seamless gutters came the next day, now my house (at least from above) looks brand new! Excellent work, great craftsmanship, and you can TELL he takes pride in every project. There was a rafter repair that he didn't like how it was done, so instead of just leaving it like a LOT of contractors would, he came back and made SURE it was done right at no additional cost to me. I'm very happy with this company and they definitely deserve your business. I wish they did more than just roofing, because I'd hire them again for other projects around the home!

I chose Westfall because I had 2 coworkers that had used them for their roofs and said great things about their work and they have a platinum rating...The process was very simple and they emailed me updates on the process of my work order and building permit. David the project manager was very helpful and communicative about the project..My biggest concern was to get the roof off and have a rain storm but David assured me that they work in sections to prevent that. The day of the roof removal and installation a crew of 7 arrived and immediately went to work, these guys worked nonstop for 13 hours finishing the second floor roof and porch roof.It was super impressive. David checked the weather and had the crew delay the next day start for the first floor roof because of a rain storm in the morning..After the storm, the crew completed the job...I highly recommend this roofing company . I know so many people that have used Westfall Roofing due to their exceptional reputation and they have all been very happy so I did not hesitate to call them. Cameron got us an estimate almost immediately and was very good about promptly answering any questions we had. I was very happy with his service and the line of products and colors they offered. Since I'm a realtor, I was also happy to learn that they offer financing for those that might need it and delayed payment for Sellers whose homes are under contract that require a roof replacement prior to closing. Westfall was scheduling pretty far out. I expected that since they have such a good reputation and are so popular. But they ended up being able to complete the roof much sooner than expected. We were given a list of things to do to prep and protect our personal belongings around our home. Materials were delivered a day or two before. Then they carefully covered the areas close to our home with tarps before they started on our roof. By the end of the day, you never would have know anyone had completed such a large project that day. Everything was totally and completely cleaned up and we had a new roof in one day! A complimentary wind mitigation inspection was completed soon thereafter and so we are hoping for a future little discount on our homeowner's insurance. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Cameron and the rest of the Westfall team!

Thank all the members of your team from the office staff to the construction crews. The first part of this review is concerning a leak in the garage. Richard Allen came out the next day after we called and checked out the roof. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair and scheduled us for two days later. The job was done with great care to the rest of the roof and house. Now the roof doesn't leak any more. I didn't get a chance to rate that job before Milton came through. The day after Milton came through we called WCM to request a roof check for damage. We knew there were shingles missing. Richare Allen was at the house that afternoon to assess the damage and gave us a good quote for the rapairs. We were expecting them on Monday but they are here on Saturday fixing our issues.

That is how I found Larry Miller Roofing. Frank got back with me within minutes of my text (even though it was before their posted hours). He got Alex and another great worker to our home within a couple of hours, fixed up what needed to in order to stop that leak, and it gave us the peace of mind that we could leave town without our home being damaged. The guys found the source of the problem and pointed out some other problematic areas where we might need assistance in the future. Our house sitter found a new area of water coming in, we called Frank, and he sent a team out to take care of THAT leak while we were gone. We are so grateful for great customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work.
