This response from Chad on google, is a lie!…read more "To provide some context, our sales representative Duncan and construction lead Eddie did discuss the flashing options with you prior to installation, including the surface-mounted approach versus cutting into the stucco for a recessed fit. You opted against the stucco cut due to the additional cost, and we proceeded accordingly to complete the work as agreed" At no point before installation did Duncan or Eddie discuss multiple flashing options with me. There was no conversation explaining a "surface-mounted" versus "stucco cut" method, no pricing presented for alternatives, and no opportunity provided for me to approve or decline any deviation from the agreed scope of work. I was not informed that the flashing would be installed in this manner until after the installation had already been completed. No change order was issued, no written authorization was obtained, and no documented approval was provided by me for any alternate method of installation. The assertion that I "opted against" a stucco cut due to additional cost is false. I have video evidence establishing that I was not consulted before installation. Misrepresenting the facts does not change the reality that the work was performed without my knowledge or consent. Performing a material alteration to the agreed scope of work without prior approval constitutes a clear breach of contract. The contract required adherence to agreed specifications and standard installation practices. Instead, an unapproved and nonstandard method was used. As a direct result, I am now facing HOA compliance issues. Two independent roofing contractors have confirmed that this installation method is not standard practice and that they would not perform flashing in this manner. One of them pointed out that due to the counter flashing being installed with a silicone caulk, this will require constant maintenance. The county building inspector has likewise stated he has never seen flashing installed this way, and there are no homes within my subdivision with similar flashing. Your company's failure to obtain authorization and follow standard practices has caused exposure to compliance violations and potential costs to remediate the work.

I am so happy that I made the decision to get this repair done now. We're just a few weeks from storm season here in Florida, and the damage around our chimney was extensive. The work extended to actually repairing rotten decking and below that, the actual rafter frames needed to be sistered with new wood to restore it to a secure set of rafters. The men were efficient and workmanlike, breaking only for lunch and one run to the lumberyard to get more wood, and another sheet of steel. Other than that, the Gage had made a good estimate and most of the materials were ready for the work. We are now considering a full roof replacement due to new understanding about the poor quality of the initial roof installation. I recommend A3. I invited them to bid the replacement, although I have not yet heard what the final amount would be.

Our roif is still under warranty and we had to hire someone to replace the lost shingles. Now our contract says shingles for up to 140 miles an hr. We haven't had any winds that strong. So ....poor workmanship...I would think twice about them doing any business with. Very unprofessional. Still can't get ahold of them. Sad...
