Then I found Excel Exteriors, Inc. and Vitaly came out immediately. He evaluated the problem, consulted with the head office and gave me a fair price estimate on the spot. The project was assigned to their enclosure repair specialist who, scheduled the job and had it completed in less than 2 weeks from when I first called. Skilled, professional, courteous and no games. Even cleaned up thoroughly every evening. We could not be happier. If you have any kind of pool enclosure or lanai screening problem call Vitaly (239-399-0923)

I recently had my patio enclosure reframed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The process took approximately 2-3 weeks from the initial estimate to the scheduled construction date. Communication was great, pricing was transparent, and quality materials were used throughout the project. One thing that really stood out was the level of trust and professionalism. I was away for work during the construction process, and everything was handled seamlessly in my absence. The team stayed on top of the project, kept things moving, and ensured the work was completed without missing a beat. Having that level of confidence in a contractor while you're away is invaluable. We did encounter a minor hiccup when two of my original posts needed to be replaced, but the team addressed it immediately, provided a transparent quote, and took care of everything without unnecessary delays. The entire installation was completed in approximately two days, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises, communicates clearly, uses quality materials, and genuinely values its customers. If you're looking for a reliable contractor who takes pride in their work and gets the job done right--even when you're not there to oversee it--La Rocca Construction is an excellent choice. I highly recommend them and will absolutely consider them for future projects!

Matt came over and measured everything out and gave us an estimate. Very fair! No need to negotiate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. Matt also used fiberglass rebar which my husband and I really liked. Absolutely excellent job. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We will definitely use him again for our driveway

$ Handyman Alex SERVICE REQUESTED: I was able to reach out…read moreto Alex with no problem at all, and I described the issue with the toilet - simply running for an extended period after a routine flush, which I recognized as a "flapper" problem, the rubber flapper was not seating properly and the water ran until shutting off the valve. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. SUMMARY: Alex did exactly what he was asked to do. There was no holding out for more money or any such nonsense. Fee was perfect. Very highly recommended without reservation.
