I am doing some work on a pool in Georgia using the Concrete Craft franchise there. However, living…read morein Fort Myers for the winter I went to the local franchise in Fort Myers for some product information and color choices. I told the consultant there (Terry) that I was not going to buy anything since my home is out of state. Nevertheless, the folks there went way out of their way to help me. On 10-25-23 the driveway was completed and the second (last) payment was made on the contract of $7,170.00.  That day Spencer told us that we could put the car in the garage.  However, we did not drive on the driveway until 10-29-23. Initially, Spencer was helpful and kind through the construction. On Wednesday 12-1-23 we noticed the driveway had a major crack. That day Spencer put an end to his kindness. We contacted them four times. Twice by phone and twice directly to the office. Eventually we talked to Spencer and I told him to please let the owner know about our situation.  We never received answers. A fifth time, my wife gets on the phone with Spencer.  Finally he shows up at the house on 11-28-23 with the news that "It is normal for concrete to split into two pieces."  I asked about the warranty.  I asked the owner to call us.  We never had a response. We saw that they had blocked our electronic contract that we had signed. On 12-2-23 we left a message to the owner's office but never received a response.
