They also agreed to cut the logs into manageable pieces so we could remove them without equipment. The did cut the tree but left the trunk cut into but not through. It was still whole and many very large logs. So my first problem was they didn't cut the tree up in manageable pieces like we agreed too. They came back on July 27th 2018 to grind the stump away. And did so. I asked if they would finish cutting the logs so we can dispose of them and Michael Wilkes said it would be easier for them to bring their claw truck and pick them up instead of cutting them. So we agreed on a price and I paid them additional money for the stump grinding $75.00 and the pick up of the stuff that wasn't cut up for $50.00, $125.00 total cash. They were supposed to come back before the weekend and They never came back or returned any of my calls. I've left many messages. Today is August 13, 2018 and I'm still waiting. We paid them a total of $625.00 for an incomplete job. Mean while my sod is dying because of the logs that are left.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They're at my home just about every other week, and I never have to call to ask if they're coming. I'm able to relax and pretty much forget about my lawn because I know it's being taken care of. There's no goofing off from any of the crew members. Each member seems to have their own job, which makes the service so much more efficient. The main concern I had about hiring someone was that my pool enclosure does not have a guard on it. So, I was quick to tell Will not to weed eat along the edge, I would have my husband do it so they don't tear the screen. My concern was addressed immediately, and I was assured they could do it and not tear my screen. We've been a client for a few months, now, and they weed eat along the edges of my enclosure without any mistakes. I'm thrilled! That's one less task for the hubs! We also hired Will's Lawn Care to help my mother-in-law who was in a bind. She had just moved into a 55+ mobile home community, where the previous owner had rocks for a lawn. My MIL received a notice from the park that she had a certain amount of time to get sod planted. We called Will and he promptly helped us out with the service. Within a week or two, he had his whole team laying sod at my MIL house and was done within hours. Then, he took it a step further and checked on her lawn since he was in the area with another client. That little something extra is just not heard of anymore. The customer service is fantastic, and I've never expected to find such an incredible company. I hope and pray they never leave the area. Of all the tree services in my area that I called to get an estimate to remove a very large tree…read morefrom my back yard, LA Disaster Relief was the only one that came, gave me an estimate, and removed the tree. The others said they would come but didn't. One came, looked and said he would get an estimate to me...I'm still waiting for that estimate, plus the other services to even show up! LA Relief came the day they said they would, gave me an estimate, explained they had a large job to do so it would be about a week or so before the could come do the job. It was nine business days between the estimate and when they came to do the job. The tree was not easy to get to so it could be removed. I have a fenced yard with only one way to get into the yard, it is not large enough for the truck. The crew removed panels of my fence and one of the posts so they could get the bucket truck closer to the tree. They had the tree down in about six hours. The removal included large limbs near main power lines, over a shed, and one that could hit the house as well as take down the power lines running from the pole to the house if not removed properly. All those limbs were taken down without them hitting anything but the ground. Before they left after taking the tree down, they made sure that the yard was as usable as possible until they could come back the next day to move the tree to the front of the house and take it from there. After the debris was moved to the front, the crew made sure that the back yard was raked and didn't have any holes that were caused by the work. It had been a very wet couple of weeks before they came to do the work and the ground was very wet. Some grass was 'torn up' due to the extremely wet ground but they made sure that it was put back to the best condition possible. The fence panels that were removed were put back in the same condition as when it was taken down and that included digging a hole to put the post back. The truck came to take the debris away about an hour after the crew was done moving it to the front. Kyle, the own, also came about the same time as the truck that was removing the debris to check how the job was progressing. He walked to the back to check as well as asked me how his crew did with the job. He also grabbed a rake to clean up the small debris that the 'picker' couldn't grab. The front of my yard was left in the same condition as before they moved the tree debris to it. NO PAYMENT WAS REQUESTED BEFORE THE JOB WAS STARTED! I paid for the job in full when it was completed, which was after all the debris was removed. The price was very reasonable considering where the tree was and the amount of work involved. I fully recommend this service. They did a great job!
