Located inside the Cove Cay condo and golf course community at the Marina on the east side of Clearwater by US-19. This little shop is professional and friendly. The Jet Skis were newer models and in great shape. Sign some waivers, grab your life jacket, and follow the guide out through the no wake zone into old Tampa bay. 1 hour will cost you $80 add $15 to ride double. An hour may not sound like a long time but when you are driving in circles it is plenty of time. If you opt for 30 min the price is $60 There were two things that bothered me. 1. The rule that you can't drive past the bayside bridge and 2. That they have a babysitter watching you to make sure you don't. He's nice enough but I don't like feeling like I'm being watched. However, if anything were to go wrong this is a good thing. I haven't rented from anybody else in the area so I don't know if this is standard practice or not but it was a little off putting nonetheless. Still nothing to complain about. The process was smooth and the experience fun. I give it 5 stars

We were told we would receive a call the night before with the meeting time, but no call came. I left both a voicemail and an email, but received no response. The next morning, we arrived at the pickup location at 6:00 a.m. as planned. Dave never showed up. At 7:30 a.m., he finally called to apologize, but provided no explanation for what had happened. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially given the significance of the occasion and the effort our family had made to be there. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I personally wouldn't recommend this time and would suggest you go on a earlier tour as you will see more wildlife and the sun won't be so hot and beating down on you. Also, the water is more likely to be calm and smooth. This activity does require you to be able to balance so keep that in mind. I get motion sickness easily and didn't have too much of a problem with this activity. Make sure you drink well before going because it's a little bit of a workout. My husband is 6'4 and 230 lbs and he had to pedal more than I did as I'm only 5'4 and 120 lbs. We saw beautiful views of the Island and the Bay.

I believe they are based out of St. Pete, but frequently offer tours to other locations. We had tried to book a couple times last summer, only for someone to call back the day before and cancel due to low-tide. While really disappointing, they were SO KIND about it and I really appreciate and respect that they pay that close attention to the tides. I would not enjoy having to constantly get out of the kayak to push it over a sand-bar over and over again. I would much rather wait for a higher-tide day, where i can truly enjoy my paddle inside the boat. The fact that they want to ensure you enjoy the experience rather than going anyways just to bring in the money makes me respect them so much. Fast forward to this summer, we've been able to go on a couple trips with them (the Shell key paddle) and it's been great all-around!! They have everything ready when you get to the launch site, they help ya get loaded and pushed out, they're super friendly and interactive, they navigate and help out cool things, they let you do your own thing once you're at the island, and then when you're done they pack the boats up and that's it!! Moral of the story: You can just tell that they are PASSIONATE about this and that it's not just all about makin' a buck. They're so friendly, helpful, etc and it makes me not even want to try any others! They have a customer for life in me. P.S. - Tip your guides!! Doesn't have to be a lot, but throw e'm a bone P.S.S. - After you book, pay attention to the email instructions with reminders about what to pack!
