I stayed in the office for four hours while they gave me a full panel of tests to check on my allergies (food, outdoor, and indoor environments) and a lung test for my asthma. I was very impressed with their services. They were caring and helpful and explained the next steps to me on how I can improve my surroundings to avoid further allergy attacks. Based on my experience and conversations with others, this office does not appear to be well equipped to work with patients whose needs require additional understanding, flexibility, or support. But the staff didn't mention this to anyone or call anyone with appointments to let them know. The only reason I knew was because of overhearing staff talk at the front desk. And when 1 lady asked about the wait time they told her. This type of information they should disclose to patients so that we are aware and should a reschedule be necessary because someone cannot wait then they can take those steps. The place is also FREEZING COLD! It literally felt like I walked into a meat locker. Finally called back and the nurse taking the mammogram was very nice. She even agreed about the coldness of the place. They walk you back to a room where you get undressed and place a gown on. You can keep your belongings in the little room while you go get scans done. They then walk up back to the dressing room and you are on your way. Quick and easy process.

He always spends a lot of time talking through things with me, even when I feel like I'm the one who's in a rush to get the kids back to school. I also appreciate how good he seems about remembering children and their families. I feel like we are more than a chart to him. My younger son was bouncing all over the wall when we had our appointment, Dr. B did a great job redirecting his attention and making sure he did a thorough exam. I also find it very easy to get same-day sick appointments when needed. We may not always see Dr. B when we need one immediately, but I found all of the staff there is fantastic. They actually never seem super busy, which is nice. It means that your child is probably in the waiting room by themselves playing or with one other child. I appreciate how they have a child's waiting room and an adult waiting room, because I also come to this practice and see NP Ritchie. Overall we've always had a very positive experience here. They've also improved their wait times so I never feel like I'm waiting long. Everyone we interact with is always kind and professional from the front staff to the doctors. It has been 6 months and my legs hurt worse than before and cosmetically the veins seem to protrude much more! I am not sure this procedure helped at all! Second issue is billing! They have a very big problem with keeping track of payments! Save your receipts! I never once went to that office and failed to pay my co-pay! Every three months or so they would tell me I had a delinquent amount of $90! Their office staff is very snarky and the woman in charge of billing is not helpful. I will not go back!
