I recently visited Warriors Shooting Range for the first time. I've been to several other ranges,…read moreso I had a reasonable expectation of what the experience should be like. From the moment we walked in, something felt off. It took several minutes before anyone acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. Eventually, one staff member approached us and asked how he could help. We were there to zero in some newly purchased optics on a few of our new 9mm additions. He was helpful and seemed to be the only staff member truly aware of both the store environment and incoming walk-in customers. After getting our lane set up, we noticed their target system operates on ropes. Unfortunately, this caused the target to bounce repeatedly and take a long time to settle each time we sent it downrange. It was frustrating, but we worked through it. Then, after about 20 minutes, the conveyor system stopped working entirely and left our target stuck mid-range. At that point, we decided we had enough and chose to leave. Before exiting, we explained our unsatisfactory experience to the clerk. After listening, he didn't offer any form of credit, discount, or even an acknowledgment beyond hearing us out. We weren't expecting special treatment, but the lack of follow-up or customer recovery effort reinforced the impression that customer experience is not a priority. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this range. The Doral area would benefit from a higher-caliber establishment that provides a more professional and reliable experience for regular shooters and firearm enthusiasts.
