Twenty minutes later he showed up at my door , calmed me down, assured me everything was fixable, hooked me up with an amazing contractor and then called me the following day (Saturday) to make sure I was doing ok. Wow ! Thanks for doing business the old fashioned way. Your word is your bond!!! Robin Raney

They destroyed my lawn and left it with two mountains of dirt which they said they were not responsible for putting it back the way it was. Along with black tire marks all over my driveway. 2. Then the guy laying my new sod smelt gas. Bobby came out (he was a good guy) found the leak ...even after it all passed inspection. He found a pinhole size leak coming from the tank itself. Apparently the tank should've been checked for pressure and leeks before the tank was filled or even brought to my house. 3. Now my lawn has to be dug up again and this time they better put it back the way it was. I'll let you know if it happens because then I will be willing to change my one star review. 4. Kathaleen comes off a bit abrasive. 5. They couldn't even get my name correct on my invoice. 6. Bobby promised me that The company would put everything back the way it was with brand new sod after they replace the tank.

Great place to get your propane filled for portable, RV, or your home…read more I stopped for a fill and it didn't take long. I did get a good rate from the gentleman at the counter. I paid in cash which I didn't have to since I have a home account with them. There was a small snafu with being charged but one email and it was taken care of. Every time I called their number, I get a friendly and helpful female woman. Being a new homeowner in the area, they require an inspection of the propane gas and equipment. A decent job but not thorough because the guy didn't come inside yo look at gas stovetop. In addition , I signed up the wireless monitoring but the next year, they included as part of the home service fee. D'oh. The new contract was a decent amount to sign. There was a promotional price for first fill depending on contract type.. Because of my first year, I wasn't certain how much I need per year. And weirdly two guys came out to install the monitor so some back office miscommunication happen. A very solid reputable company with helpful staff with typical paperwork and minor oopses.
