Despite our long-standing relationship and cooperation, the bank has repeatedly questioned and scrutinized routine deposits and withdrawals. Each time we were asked for clarification or documentation, we provided the requested information and fully substantiated the source of all funds. However, no one at TD Bank has been a clear explantation for the decision to terminate our accounts. We have attempted multiple times to obtain answers , but we have been told the decision was made by a "back office" department that is not accessible to us and that no further explanation will be provided.
