The equipment and physical surroundings are great, the trainers are really good and friendly, and the offerings / services are top. So far, I have only been using the circuit training equipment and the massage. The circuit training consists of 10 pieces of equipment, each of which is designed to work a different set of muscles. I will take some photos next week and post them :-) The massage area has two types of self-massage units, and you can also book a classic massage with a massage therapist. The gym also offers a ton of different classes, such as Pilates, at convenient times during the mornings as well as in the evening. I also really really like the ambiance - bright green equipment, tons of light and a really bright cheerful decor. I really look forward to going each day (or when I can find the time). The other members are super friendly and are willing to put up with my broken German :-)
