Paid almost $120 for premium roses and didn't even get close to a dz.

Wow, rude, rude, rude! Don't call customers to question them rudely. He actually called my recipient to question the concerns of a petite bouquet after paying almost $120. A $40 bouquet was sent, and the guy called her to question her. Call me; I'm the one complaining. She had no clue that I wanted it re-delivered. I bought from a third party and won't use this florist again. Paid almost $120 for premium roses and didn't even get close to a dz.

I received a bouquet that was stunning and the delivery guy was also happy and friendly. The roses partially opened were as big as baseballs and delphiniums are one of my favorites! I don't know how much my friend spent but this bouquet was so beautiful I would pay a lot for it. Thank you for doing your job well.

This was a centerpiece that I received from my sister. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. The floral foam was not visible which is only sometimes the case with other arrangements I have received. It was delivered the day my sister selected, again only sometimes the case. The arrangement lasted a full two weeks.

I was so surprised that people have rated this florist so poorly! My soon to be mother-in-law had these flowers delivered to us the day after she found out we were eloping. The gentleman delivered them up to our condo unit to be sure we received them. They are beautiful!

My 2nd delivery from Floreria Reno and a huge difference from the 1st. Beautiful Christmas flowers delivered late on 12/23. Flowers are staying fresh. The ribbons and pinecones make it so festive. Keep up the beautiful work.

Hole in my basket. Broken wicker above it.

This florist is THE WORST. When our beloved dog/constant companion died, my brother in Southern CA called FTD to send us a mixed plant basket to remember our pup. When the basket was delivered, it was just hung on the fence. In 95+ degree temps in July. We were home and had been all day, no attempt was made to let us know they'd arrived. No idea how long it sat there in the heat. The basket arrived with a hole in it and a couple of other places where the wicker was broken off or about to break. The tallest plant was lucky to be 4 inches tall. No ribbon or bow on the basket, it was so bad the plastic card holder fork was taller than the whole arrangement. This looked like something you'd pick up on your way out at Raleys for $15. I know my brother's taste is better than that. When I showed him the picture of the plant, he was surprised at how scrawny/sparse it was. I called the florist to let them know how disappointed I was in the bouquet, hoping they'd redo it and give me an unbroken basket. The manager was instantly rude and abusive, saying I wouldn't be happy with anything, that this was all my brother paid for. I knew better. I asked why I couldn't even get a ribbon. Oh, he says, this basket has river rock. It doesn't get a ribbon. Huh? I thought all arrangements from the florist have ribbon on them. Even a basic bud vase from the supermarket has a bow attached. The guy said the ribbon would cost more, my brother didn't pay for that. I told him he could get an entire roll of ribbon at Walmart for 99 cents and do several bouquets with it, he's just being cheap. The only thing the manager offered was to replace the basket. I told him I wasn't inclined to go into his shop with the way he treated me. I planned on leaving him a negative Yelp review with pictures, he said if I did, he'd post a picture of the arrangement that was originally ordered and tell everyone I just wanted more than what was paid for. Seriously? I KNOW he doesn't want to post that pic. Then everyone could see what poor quality his arrangement was. Then the guy went off, yelling at me, so I hung up on him. He called me back just to continue his verbally abusive tirade. I hung up again. I should've let my husband or son answer the phone. He would've definitely gotten an earful. I let my brother know and he was furious, not only at the pathetic arrangement but at the way I was treated. This plant was supposed to console us, not cause grief and anger. He called FTD for a refund and was told Floria was the only FTD florist in Reno. That's a huge lie. He got his refund and FTD said the florist would return to get the original arrangement. Yeah, no. I'm not letting that abusive jerk anywhere near me. He shows up at my home and I'm calling the police. These are the pictures of the arrangement I got. Pretty pathetic. Don't use these guys unless you want your money wasted and subject yourself to verbal abuse.

I would give a zero if I could. Within 12 hours of delivery, the hydrangeas were totally wilted as were the larkspur (albeit still in water). Called to complain and Ricardo was incredibly rude and refused to make it right. Hung up on us when we asked if that's how he runs his business. Do yourself a favor and avoid Floreria; there are so many better florists in town. Don't know how he's still in business with such lousy yelp and Google reviews.

    arrangement delivered

I ordered an arrangement over the weekend on line through Telaflorist for a flower arrangement to be delivered on my daughter's birthday, July 31st. The arrangement was not delivered on the 31st so I emailed an inquiry to Telaflorist late in the evening. They told me the florist couldn't get the flowers on Sunday and that the delivery address was further away than they thought so the flowers would be delivered August 1st. When the flowers hadn't arrived by 3 PM on August 1st, I again called Telaflorist and asked for the florist phone number so I could make sure the flowers were still coming. Telaflorist refused to give me the name of the florist they were using. They then called the florist while I was on hold and was told the arrangement was out for delivery. It arrived at 6 PM. I ordered the flowers for my daughter's birthday, not the day after. It would be the same as ordering wedding flowers and getting them the day after the wedding! Floreria Reno wasn't even considerate enough to let me know early on July 31st that the flowers would not be delivered that day and give me the option of cancelling the order or accepting a different delivery date. I would have cancelled and ordered the flowers from a place that could deliver on the day I needed them. In addition, the flowers that were delivered did not even remotely resemble the flowers I ordered. There were mostly daisies in a clear vase with dirty water. There were 3 sizes of the arrangement shown on line to choose from so I knew what size to be expecting. I am attaching pictures of the flowers and size ordered as well as a picture of the ones that arrived. The description of the arrangement ordered said: Hot pink roses, dark red spray roses, purple carnations and pink miniature carnations accented with assorted green, arranged in vivaciously violet cube. I paid $80 for the clear glass container of mostly daisies. I was embarrassed when my daughter sent me the picture. I will never use Telaflorist or Floreria Reno again.

My girlfriend lives in New York and she sends me the most beautiful flowers. This is her place to go. I'm never disappointed and the blooms smell amazing and the arrangements are stunning. I absolutely highly recommend them for all your flowers.

    What I ordered

I ordered flowers three weeks in advance of the date I wanted them delivered. They did not deliver them that day. I called the next day and asked why. They said it was because they were really busy and would "try to do it today." I told them if they weren't delivered, I wanted my money back. They delivered them. However, they were a cheap substitute. I ordered an arrangement with a succulent and a mid century base. It had neither. When I called, Ricardo told me they were out of those bases. And, he said they try not to use succulents because they don't work well with the foam. But they had three weeks to contact me and tell me that. This makes me want to avoid the teleflora network florists because you have no idea what you'll actually get.

Best suggestion EVER. Over the years, I've worked with numerous florists in/out of state and it's been a hit or miss. However, from Order #1 in 2024, Bumblebee Blooms has nailed every order we've placed. On top of a fun, creative, and talented staff (we often laugh on our calls), the arrangements are tailored to each occasion and they take extra care to work with each situation. For example, when my colleague lost her beloved pet, I placed an order and inquired if we could select flowers that were non-toxic to her cats. There was no hesitation to accommodate and when I saw the receipt, my request was actually noted on the order so there would be no errors. That attention to detail extends to the energy and care they put into each arrangement. I absolutely love working with the staff and they've become one of my favorite florists of all-time. Deliveries arrive on the dates they're promised and the recipients comment on the beauty of the arrangements. If you're not sure what to order or where to start, depending on the occasion, I suggest considering the flower gift box. It's become one of my go-tos to send to others!
