Nor did he wheel the bike outside for me as he did for the previous customer. The bike (touring bike with gears) operated well but the tires were slightly under inflated. They also have the cushiony back seat for the bike if you ever want to ride bitch. Just don't go down Via Pandolfini unless you want a serious butt massage.

The "lock" they give you with the…read morebicycle is VERY cheap and is made out of thin sheet metal, some plastic, and a very thin metal cable inside ... it looks thick but mostly air inside that lock! I parked it during a Sunday evening near the Bargello in a bicycle parking rack along with 50 or so other bicycles, and less than two hours later the lock was cut and it was gone! When I showed the cut lock to the shop owner, his comment was "next time try chain" ... well, why didn't you offer me a "real" lock in the first place??? I think they give you this cheap lock because they know the bicycle will be stolen with it, and they don't have to buy it back!
