I ran across Midtown Primary and Principal Ms. Belinda reached back out to me immediately with information about the school and answered any questions I had. We setup a day to allow me to tour the school. I got to meet Ms. Mandy who is the 3rd grade teacher (I have a 3rd Grader) who showed me around and it was all good vibes. I feel like my children will be safe, happy and have a great learning experience here. I love that each classroom has an assistant teacher as well. That is so necessary in schools today to ensure no child is left behind when learning and that teachers are not overworked and stressed out. Nice kitchen area and cafeteria where they are served breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. Nice playground with plenty of open space and shaded outdoor seating. Classrooms are nice size with bright colors and fun decor to make learning exciting. I cant wait for my kiddos to start here.

My child went on to a competitive middle school (PCDS) since she had the hand in denying him admission and has now completed his semester freshmen year at PRINCETON with all A's. My neighbors kid was a member of the church and her student was denied for kindergarten because he couldn't draw a complete circle! SERIOUSLY! he is now a sophomore at BROPHY! How the diocese allows this school to deny their own based on one person's opinion is scary. So parents do not be discouraged if your child is denied admission here since they are "selective". Your child will be okay.

They used to go to a Phoenix District #1 Public Elementary and I had to deal with constant calls from the school. My kids getting bullied and beaten up, teachers letting the kids do whatever they want. I send my kids to school so they can learn. NWEC does that. My kids are smart, friendly, polite, A/B students and I couldn't be prouder. I am only sad that my oldest has one more year to go in this school (he will be an 8th grader 2019-2020) I am going to have a very difficult time looking for another school to meet the qualities of NWEC...
