Ordered a bouquet named Upsy Daisy from this florist through Teleflora. However, the bouquet that arrived looked almost nothing like the picture on the website. Even though the website did note that if some flowers are unavailable, the flowers will be replaced with others. However, not only did the florist not have the promised yellow vase, but it also did not arrange the flowers anything like I was promised. While the bouquet looked decent, I was a little disappointed with how different it looked from the picture. A little part of me thinks that the product received looks like it's worth a lot less than the picture. read more

Definitely will be my go-to flower shop from now on! I called a half hour after they closed (genuinely didn't know they were closed ) and the woman who answered was more than happy to still accommodate my request! I asked for a bouquet of pink roses and white lillies and when I went to pick it up, there were all kinds of extra little added in stems The recipient was soooo happy with them. Overall, this was a great experience. It warmed my heart to see this little shop still working thru the pandemic. read more

Will never order flowers from this place ever again. What a rip off. We payed for DELUXE they even advertise the flowers to be a specific height 12 3/4" from bottom of vase to top of flower which I definitely did not receive. The vase which is a beautiful purple that can turn into a candle holder was also NOT what I received. When we called and asked what happened to our order they said that they would look into it and call back, never got a call back. We called again the next day, they same person said "oh I'll forward to my manager" so in other words she did not look into it. She also said sorry that vase was not available and in back order. There was no where on their website saying thay you may receive a different vase and that should have been communicated when they called to confirm the order 3 days prior. Going on day 3 and still no answer on what went wrong, all we want is a refund. read more

Sometimes its just so nice to have a floral shop right across the corner. Especially so if its just a few feet from the boyfriend's place! Need I say anymore? I was feeling a bit blue and knew what would hit the spot. How bout some lovely orchids! As soon as I walked in the owner was gracious in greeting and answering my numerous questions. I had asked about some orchids for the hair and ended up with 3 beautifully twisted purple hair pins. Lovely! What's not so lovely: the price! I wanted to surprise someone with flowers at work, so I picked a local florist that was only a mile away. Considering their close proximity, I figured that the flowers would be delivered by mid-afternoon at latest. Nope - they were delivered just minutes before close of business. Technically speaking, they didn't break any promises because the flowers were delivered just before the 5pm cutoff. That being said, it's tacky to deliver flowers at the very end of the workday, especially when you are just down the street. A small business should know better. Disappointing. read more

Horrible horrible customer service. Their web pages says committed to great customer service - they are not. My husband ordered me the endless romance flower bouquet for Valentines Day from Floral Masters (see pic below) via internet. It's a beautiful bouquet and I understand it's Valentines Day, mistakes happen etc. 1st the order arrived after 5pm and when I talked to one of the owners He said it's Valentines Day - no big deal, we have 300 orders to get out - Well it is a big deal if you leave before 5 and I had already left for the day. And then stated that if you order online, according to him - this is what you can expect - you will never get 16 roses (even though that's what you're expecting, seeing and paying for) See pictures below. I received 4 roses and some mini red flowers. He offered a $10 credit if my husband emailed him and gave him his credit card info. No thank you, keep the $10. Buy at your own risk! read more

This place is a hidden gem in Belltown! The arrangements are to die for and the customer service is divine. We went in to get ideas for an upcoming wedding and had the chance to speak to the owner. She was super friendly and gave us some great ideas. We spent quite some time talking to her and exchanged contact info. We even walked out with a bridal magazine from her personal collection. I'm so glad that I was able to find this place. On wedding day when I was picking up the flowers, I thought they had screwed up the number of corsages I needed but I had a major crazy bride moment and they had my order all right all along. Over 9 of them turned brown within 8 hours including the one arrangement that the florist arranged for me. The flowers were ordered 3 weeks in advance and were already in the store when I called to confirm the order 5 days before I picked them up. They were cut as directed and placed in water immediately. Some were refrigerated and others were in a home set at 68 degrees temperature. The one arranged by florist were refrigerated and were brown also. There was no correlation between ones in fridge or not. After this however, they will no longer have my business. read more

I was calling around 9:30am on the Friday before Christmas. It was also my uncle's 50th birthday. After the phone rang several times, a woman answered and was very pleasant. She asked if she could get my number and call me back as she was helping another customer. I explained I was calling from Italy via Skype and that I would call back. I tried again and got through, and had pleasant and efficient service. I only had the website to go off of and the lukewarm Yelp reviews, but it was in the right neighborhood and looked like it offered the high style that I was looking for in a gift for my classy uncle. They delivered them perfectly, and the arrangement is gorgeous! I'm hoping they last a long time so my 5 star review stays at 5...that's the only concern I have with paying a higher price for stylish flowers as I did here. I'm not sure where the Belltown store is located now. I think they've changed locations. But next time you're near Two Union Square downtown stop in. Floral Masters is like a little oasis. Like most flower shops they do floral arrangements but they also sell plants, and have tons of gift items. Sometimes it's fun just to look and get inspiration. But I do usually buy something (like the verbena scented Archipelago candles.) The owner Roya is very sweet and always seems happy to see you. read more

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Unless you want dead flowers and to waste your money. My father ordered my mother a bouquet of 12 roses for her birthday from this florist. It was 105 dollars, so naturally, my dad expected a big, beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately, the bouquet had 12 DYING roses that were fully open, and two browning hydrangeas. By any standards, it wasn't even a 60 dollar bouquet, let alone a 105 dollar bouquet. My mom called the florist in order to ask for either a new bouquet or a refund, and they flat out refused. They didn't believe my mom when she said the flowers were dying the first day we got them, and then she argued with my mom about the flowers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE FLOWERS. I'm not a flower snob, but these were a huge disappointment. Beyond that, the woman who worked there was an absolute jerk. read more
