The Lush Flower Box is my new "go to" florist in Houston!!!!!…read more I called The Lush Flower Box initially because they were the only Yelp rated florist open on Sunday, and my nephew was just admitted to the hospital. I needed balloons because flowers are not allowed in nursing homes and hospitals now due to Covid. The Lush Flower Box didn't have any green balloons (my nephews favorite color), but were willing to get them NOW!!!!!! Awesome! I specified 7 green balloons plus 2 gold balloons (for my nephew's son and daughter), because the hospital operator requested that the arrangement be small. The Lush Flower Box also found a sun balloon to top it which made the tone of the arrangement festive and artistically pleasing. All I could ask for and more!!!! They delivered, too, within 2-3 hours! Amazing!!!!!

I was given her name and information from my best friend who raved about her services. So I was looking forward to giving her my business as well as the business of our company. But sadly, we just could not make things happen. I reached out to her via the number I was given (which might not have been her business number) either way, when she answered I told her who I was and how I was referred. I explained to her that I had a very simple sympathy bouquet order that I wanted to have delivered in the Houston area. She said it would not be a problem and that there was NO MINIMUM for delivery. I told her that I would gather the rest of the order details and would be calling her back shortly. Since it was close to the end of the business day, I figured I'd call her back first thing in the morning. So I called and left her a very detailed message. And I never got a callback, so I texted her and never got a reply. When I spoke to my best friend who referred me, he said he would reach out to her and ask what had happened. He then called me to inform me that she told him that she wasn't worried about working on my order since it was ONLY an $85+ order that was going to be placed and that she didn't have time to work on an order that small. WOW! Well, there goes handing her the COMPANY orders! Which just so you know, was going to be to have fresh flowers in our lobby every week and fresh flowers delivered to each employee for various awards on different occasions. This COULD have been a honey pot of business for her, but OH WELL. Perhaps I'll give the business to someone interested in WORKING all orders!
