She worked around it and called her boss (next client) to see if she could come a little later. My baby was with me due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a little awkward. The owner showed her a Barbie doll and was helpful toward that situation. My nails she messed up on didn't put the bonding glue on a nail and continued. They seemed fine till I left and noticed 2 of the nails completely crooked and when messaged about it she said she adjusted the tip for nail bed and Is out of town and to file it cause that's what she would do. My other fingers were straight, never had a problem before. It was on a Friday and by Monday a couple of the nails were falling off and broken. I don't do much with my hands so for 80$ nails and 20$ tip, to fall off within less than 3 days isn't great. I have paid way less and they lasted longer and looked better and if not they would have me come back in and take off the nail and re-do it. A second one split 5 days in, they looked rushed and not put on correctly

She really educated me about my lashes and told me that I needed my real lashes to breathe and take some time to have my real lashes grow as well giving suggestion of what kind of eye lash serum to use. She also wanted to have a free consultation after a month using lash serum checking in where my lashes are. I appreciate her honest feedback and letting me know she may not be able to do my lashes if it balding and how my previous eye lash technician didnt even tell me how my lashes were or the kind of state it was. She didn't even tell me my real lashes were damaged and frail that she just kept putting the extension on top of my baby hair that were growing. Kelley was a life saver because if that would have continued I wouldn't have anymore lashes and will be balding, she really cares about her client and quality of her work.i really appreciate her honesty instead of just caring about making money off of me. She is a genuinely person. After listening to Kelley- giving my lashes a break for 1 month in a half, using the eye lash serum that she suggested, and only putting the lash extensions on that were healthier and not putting on the ones that was still growing or not healthy... concluded my lashes growing back healthier, and longer than before. I was to demo watercolors for two days. Vanessa did my hair and she did a beautiful job EXCEPT she used the WRONG COLOR and I ended up with Ash/mousey brown hair! It made me look DEAD! I called her and she wanted me to come right down but I had NO extra time! I quickly put on a Frosting cap and lightened it in sections. Some parts are brassy so I washed it with purple shampoo to soften it. I used to frost for years. I paid Vanessa $174 including tip. Because "I" touched it she would not help me!
