Halfway through I remembered it needed to be cat-safe and they remade most of it for me! Staff makes pleasant conversation while working, and it's fun to see what others come in to pickup. They have options for color of the paper wrap, and they also have small cards with care info. It turned out lovely and it's so fun to be a participant in the creation process.

I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.
