My husband surprised me at work with some Mother's Day flowers. He stopped by this florist not knowing what to expect. The flowers he brought were beautiful. Very full and a perfect mix of open and closed. They smell incredible and have lasted days. The flowers were also very reasonably priced! We will absolutely be back. read more

My Husband ordered a dozen long stemmed yellow roses to be delivered to me for our 30th Anniversary. The roses were delivered. I answered the door in time to see the delivery vehicle leave my driveway. I brought the roses inside promptly and added fresh filtered water to them. Fresh water, wont help disguise or bring old roses back to life. I know, because I am a gardener. These were withered and some had brown spots on them. The next morning, I messaged the florist through her account and attached a couple of close up pictures suggesting she refund the $85.00 my Husband spent. I was accused of 'slander' and she wanted me to call her. I messaged her and said there was nothing to discuss and perhaps she should take more pride in her product and said my Husband could have picked what she sent to me from a Seven-11. 10-12-22 read more

Been a customer for years, but will never go back. Picture I picked vs what I got was almost comical. Only one third of the orchids were even open with the remainder looking like dead tree limbs. Got my money back and was told to leave when expressing my angst because the celebration of life was the next day. I would have been embarrassed taking the arrangement. Never going back. read more

Flora Designs is amazing! We came to them in a panic with less than 2 weeks notice for a large wedding order, after our original florist unexpectedly cancelled on us. From the very first phone call, Sarah and Amber put me at ease, assuring me they would take care of everything, and they truly did. They created absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements for us, and their prices were very reasonable. They say everything happens for a reason, and I couldn't be more pleased that the original florist ended up dropping the ball, allowing me to find Flora Designs, who gave my daughter her beautiful dream wedding! read more

I wanted to send flowers to family members in Scappoose. Flora Designs took the order by phone after 3pm and delivered by 6 pm. Beautiful flowers and great service! read more

My son ordered flowers online thru a vendor that used this place...the order was suppose to arrive Thursday came the following Monday. The arrangement had leaves with big and little holes looked like the flowers were leftovers put together. The owner Sarah called to tell me they didnt get paid but prepared and sent the arrangement..so 3 things 1. lied too, of course she gets paid...2. One of the worst arrangements I've ever encountered. 3. A business that clearly takes zero pride and accountability for their product. I say proceed with caution...you would think a small business in a small community would have better customer care instead of a cocky attitude with zero accountability. read more

I had to order flowers for a dear friend's memorial. I live in Nebraska and was unable to go to the shop and order what I wanted. The website had great choices but I wanted flowers that meant something to my friend. I spoke to Sarah who was very thoughtful and patient as I tried to talk through the tears. They will deliver the flowers to a nearby town. Sarah even offered to send me a photo of the spray since I will be unable to attend the service. Thank you. read more

This was my first order, but won't be my last. I ordered flowers for an 18th birthday dinner to be delivered to Marks on the Channel for a 5:30 dinner. I requested a short arrangement for the middle of the table, square container and our granddaughters signature colors of orange and Tiffany blue. Orange Gerbera daisy's, orange roses greeted us, tied with a Tiffany blue bow. perfect! From the initial ordering to the delivered product I am hooked. Thanks for the great job!! read more

These people are amazing! I stopped by the store after a holiday as I needed a large bouquet for a friend. When I stepped in there was very little to pick from so I pouted. The ladies dealt very well with me and came up with the biggest, most beautiful, original bouquet. My friend loved it and I loved how creative they were. This place is highly recommended. Thank you to the staff at Flora Designs! read more

Hi. I called for my sister's graveside service that was in Scappoose and I was on the phone to wonderful women that didn't care that I cried while I told them what I wanted. For my wedding I hired Flora Designs and even made the drive from Milwaukie to Scappoose due to the recommendation. We did an in person consultation where I showed Sarah my ideas on pinterest. I know pinterest isn't always achievable, but she reassured me she could do a cascading bouquet. On the day of my wedding I was upset to see that my bouquet was barely larger than my bridesmaids and had no cascading effect at all. I had sent a wedding party member to pick up the order so there was nothing I could do by the time it reached me in Estacada so I had to go with it. After I returned to Portland from traveling I decided to make communication with this shop and after a solid 2 weeks of no communication back I wrote another email. After the second email Sarah responded about being out of the studio and instead of meeting my requests she decided to undercut what I asked for as a partial not full refund and only offering in store credit. Why would I do that I don't even live close to the shop nor was I happy with the work she did. She made the excuse of being out of the shop but she should have left someone in charge of replying back or setting an automated response. I felt ignored and that customer service is not their priority. I am writing this to let future brides know that the skill level for a bridal bouquet was not met and I hope that this shop takes into consideration that their refund policy is unfair when they don't deliver the right product. read more
