We were able to even test out the padding to see what a difference the better pad made. The install was done very quickly and was great!! They sent a team of 6 guys and they were in at 8a and out by 3p for 1700 sq foot of flooring. VERY impressed with Royal Flooring, we will definitely be using them for future flooring needs!

They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!

ProSource continues to make their own demands on how corrections should be done. And I've been…read moreasked why I'm not ok with their last email. Think about these things: - the install was purposefully done incorrectly. At no point were any of the egregious concerns ProSource now remains fixated on even worthy of mention to me. Not a single one!!! - the prior install took 3 months. I'm supposed to allow them to rip apart a home that I'm trying to sell and then do what exactly with two floors worth of furniture and belongings? How can people even walk through a home with the floor (and subfloor) in total disarray? How can they even enter the 2nd floor when the supposed structural issue is right at the top of the stairs? Answer: they don't. - this isn't a favor to me. I asked for the simplest resolution: just return my money. ProSource, who again did all of this wrong from the get go, now has impossibly high standards that I should bend over backwards for to get the issue resolved. Their way. Their timing. And I'm supposed to trust that this time, they're honorable. What a joke! Honorable people do it right the FIRST time without having to be told! None of this is to help me. They assume people can't see the whole picture. And they want to make it as inconvenient as possible while still denying it was the ENTIRE install. TWO LEVELS. Not "areas".
