To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.

Marty Simpkins measured our floors and provided an estimate within three days of our inital call to him. Within two more days we were able to meet him at a wholesale showroom to select our laminate floors. (I think we got lucky on timing, because his schedule is jam-packed!) With so many beautiful and affordable choices, we had a great time looking, but had already been through the 'thinking' stage for a while. We made our selection within an hour, and thanks to Marty being able to work us in to his already-overflowing schedule, we had our floors installed right before Mother's Day, which we were hosting in our home. *Thank you, Marty. We didn't ask for this, but were very grateful you offered. Marty and his team prepared the nine-year-old raw concrete floors (leveling, sanding,etc....) without making any mess, laid the titanium underlayment to prevent moisture, and then installed beautiful, hand-scraped laminate. The sales process was very good but communications with the store owner after that were very poor. She is very sarcastic and difficult to deal with. The contractor told us that he has heard her talk that way with other customers. We noticed our shower drain filter was tarnished in a corner approximately six months after it was installed. When we contacted the store owner about this she said that we need to hire a cleaning company to better clean our bathroom! We contacted the manufacture who immediately sent us the $10 part but we could not remove the old one as it was apparently not installed correctly. Again, she took no responsibility for this. We had a number of other issues with the quality of workmanship including the shower door not being square, requiring a custom fit, work needing to be redone, etc.. If you want poor workmanship, your house in disarray for months instead of weeks, a company that does not stand behind their work and a sharp tongued store owner, this is the place.
