After spending a considerable amount of money at their store, we decided to use another vendor for sourcing blinds since they had bid a lower price. This Sterling One manager was upset with us for not using them. It's a small town and we like to spread our business around. What caused the hanging up incident was that a bathroom counter that they installed was damaged on installation and they would only give us a store credit for another counter order. We decided to go with Cambria and Sterling One proceeded to upcharge us $600 more than the competition since we were a captive customer and to recoup their screw up. We balked and Alyssa Erickson hung up the phone on me.(BTW I have an email from Ms. Erickson with a half hearted apology as proof). I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
