He gave us samples to take home and see how they looked in the house, then came out and measured everything. The guy who delivered the wood wasn't the fastest unfortunately, but the guys who installed it were great. They worked hard and consistently, not slacking off or messing around with their time. They were economical with their cuts, so there was still quite a bit of wood left over which I kept in case of damage in the future. They cleaned everything up very well and left the home looking great.

Cristy was on time for every single appointment and followed up with us timely. My mother who lived with us passed the weekend before our installation was scheduled and Cristy made it so easy to reschedule. She even brought a card and flower by and dropped it off. I never expected that and it was so incredibly thoughtful. Finally the day came for installation. We went to stay at a hotel to get out of their way, we have a 9 month old who is into everything, so we thought it would be better to be out of the house. Cristy checked in with us daily to ensure we knew what was going on and if we were on schedule. The team was professional. They stayed later in the evening several nights to ensure the floors were completed in a timely manner. The end result is beautiful and Cristy's team will be our go to from now on for any floor related projects.
