Do NOT sign with this company. They are liars and withhold promises from their contracts! We decided to go with this company as they assured us the carpet had a 1 time transfer if we sold our home. Well low and behold it's time to use this and now they are taking back their word! The sales man assured us they would rewrite the contract for us and include it yet they won't return my calls. The call center supposedly does not have an escalation team to help you further! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Let's not even talk about the actual carpet installation. Their sales team did everything in the book to make a sale. Promised a warranty and a transferable warranty since we were selling our home. Spoke to us about the warranty section in the contract and I figured I wouldn't need to go in depth reviewing it. Clearly I was wrong, not only do they not transfer a warranty they have no warranty at all for carpet. This is extremely upsetting, unprofessional and irresponsible business practice. We also had to continuously reach out to their service department to try and get a hold of someone instead of them proactively taking care of their customer. My flooring is separating in the kitchen and I have an installer scheduled from 8:00am to 10:00am today to inspect it. Well it is now 12:30pm and no call and no sign of them! I have called customer service and they tried calling the installer and get no answer! I should not have to spend an entire day waiting for my 2 hour appointment window. They were supposed to come to my home to give me an estimate today. They even called me yesterday and had me call back to confirm, which I did. My window was 12pm-2pm. They are supposed to call 30 min before arrival. At 1:15pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the scheduling center. They put me on hold while they tried to reach technician, but couldn't get in touch with them. Then the technician texted back that he wasn't coming. Instead of calling us to cancel, they just were never going to show up while we waited in an empty house with 2 babies. And we drove through a thunderstorm just for this appointment only to be told "sorry about that". No attempt whatsoever to make it right. Had my carpet put in over 3 year ago with a 35 year wear warranty. The carpet is fraying. I have made six calls starting on November 19th. Each time I am told my case has been escalated and someone will call within 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue. I called for the sixth time today December 29th and guess what, I was told the case again will be escalated and someone will call within 24 to 48 hours. When I purchased this carpet I was told it was hotel quarter and Would last. This carpet is in my bedroom not a high traffic area. Stay away from this company. The first person we encountered was the designer with samples. Jess was professional and provided samples of the type of floors we thought we wanted. She provided samples we didn't even considered. Great experience The 3 men installers where professional and efficient. They tore carpet and padding in three rooms and laid carpet in two rooms and vinyl in two rooms. This was completed in just over 4 hours. The quality of both flooring was beyond our expectation and the price was very affordable with different pay plans options to meet our needs. Disappointed and Misled We had our flooring done by Express Flooring and the actual installation went smoothly -- no issues there. However, part of the reason we chose this company was their promise of a travel voucher for purchases over a certain amount. That offer heavily influenced our decision to go with them. Our floors were completed on May 2nd, and we were told we would receive the voucher within 2-3 weeks. It's now June 16th, and we're still waiting. My husband and I have called the company five times, and each time we're told to "call back in a couple days." No updates. No follow-through. No resolution. At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The voucher was clearly part of the deal, and not following through -- while dodging responsibility -- is unacceptable. If Express Flooring is going to use incentives to attract customers, they need to actually honor them. Until then, I can't recommend this company in good faith. read more

The sales representative who came to my home was friendly, listened to what my preferences were and very respectful. No one from the company came to inspect the installation, so how could they possibly make such a claim? Looking at the pictures, it's obvious the issue is far bigger than just needing a quarter-round. My son just came down the steps and tripped over a half-installed piece of trim. They came out to do carpet and hard surfaces. I showed the guy exactly what went where and to replace a threshold in the bathroom. 1st they put vinyl were carpet was supposed to go, I told them and they left it. Plus for me I guess. Then they kept calling to do the carpet when the hard surfaces weren't even done yet. Finally they do the carpet. I had a friend go check their work. They left the back door opened and the ac on 52. They didn't put a door back on , took off the threshold in the master and didn't replace it. Also there are gaps were some of the hard surfaces meet the baseboards and the carpet guys got hand prints all over one of the walls. We wanted replace the wood flooring in the main dining room and small dining area. The first day we had two men tearing up the bamboo wood flooring. They accomplished this task in a fairly short period of time considering the amount of area, it took two days after the flooring was taken up and cleaned. After that a young lad came in and he was a worker. He was laying, cutting tile and he really stood out. On the forth day he was finished and we inspected the job and are very with the workmanship. Ther only problem I seen was that they did not put up plastic to prevent the dust from goinh into other areas of the house. We are still cleaning up! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Negative stars even. We had our stairs and upstairs done in LVP, we wanted no carpet in our new home. This company and their "not contractors but employees" who installed this botched job of stairs has been ghosting us since it was done. The contractor was supposed to come replace a transition piece that doesn't match the flooring and he never came back. My stairs look like a 5 year old playing with legos could have done them. There are exposed staples, holes in the flooring, holes in the walls, caulking is coming loose a week after this "professional install"... $13,000 in flooring and I cannot even receive a call back to have someone come look at it. read more

of course, the salesman they sent out did a hard sale. But what I didn't like was that their ad said buy one room get two free. There are free rooms included the 3 x 3' entryway in my front door, my pantry, also about 3 x 3' and my hallway. then they informed me that that special was only for the materials and not the installation which is the major portion of the bill. The original price they quoted me was extremely high, and then they did me the quote favor of dropping the price down to 2/3 of the original price. While the final result looked nice. I did have some problems with the install. It looks like they did a good job on my flooring, but I had a lot of unexpected expenses. First, they left the front and back doors open with 100 degree temps , which caused two problems. The AC had to struggle to keep the house cool and eventually shut down. AC repair man $150. Also, because the front and back doors were open, I got a bunch of flies in the house, which then laid eggs and two mornings later I had maggots throughout my house. Maid Service $125. Pest control $180. Finally, they tripped a breaker with their equipment, which caused my refrigerator in the garage to go off. Unfortunately, I had moved all the refrigerated food from inside my house To the garage refrigerator so that they could move the inside refrigerator to do the floor. With the hundred degree temperatures we had, all the food spoiled. $300. Total $655. I knew I was going to have to pay someone to paint my new round molding along the floor. But they also had to repair the original molding in several places. I didn't include this in the cost because I was told up front that they would not be responsible for repairing or painting the molding. The installation is incomplete. The trim around the flooring that they installed has gaps that they filled in with caulking. They did not caulk or seal the trim around the floor, the joints of the trim are very noticeable. This job wasn't even at an amateur level. They left the floors dirty and trash left in the yard. I've been trying to reach customer service all day and keep getting disconnected when I try to answer. I just Have a few issues with the install that need repair and attention. I've gotten a few calls from bay city Texas 979-330-4347 and the call gets disconnected / dropped when I go to answer. No effort to try and immediately call back to see if it may have been a bad connection, instead I have to call back , get put back in the wait queue at the end of the line. and wait another 2 or 3 hours!! I have been reluctant to review this company as I have been hoping that Express Flooring-Las Vegas would finally fix the damages to my home. I cannot believe that a company could be this bad! And who is this Michael H. who answers every complaint the same. IF you were in fact reputable and cared about your work, you would not be at a two star average! I learned about Express Flooring through mailers offering a fantastic discount and a lifetime warranty. What could go wrong? A lot! We were contracted for 24X24 tile and a 3 day installation. Our first verbal quote was 8-10k. Then Jesse came out and pushed it up 3K for baseboards; saying that the originals would split. I was not pleased but agreed to change them. The installers did not show up. We were rescheduled for the next day. When the two man, non English speaking crew arrived, We found that they had the wrong tile. We were in the middle of a kitchen reno that could not complete until the flooring was in. Feeling between a rock and a hard place, we went to their "showroom" (they have no showroom) to sort out and pick a 24x24 tile. They had none! I watched our salesman call the office to verify product on hand but Venus ultimately blamed the salesman and gave us a $500 discount to proceed. We felt trapped but thought that would be the end of our concerns. It was only the beginning. The one man crew began demo. We felt bad for him as he didn't even eat for the day. Once he did have help, they began to toss debris all over my recently landscaped yard; using old carpet as a buffer. I began to complain to Silva. The following day was worse. They started to dump grout and "masa" into my flower beds and spilled grout on the upgraded pavers. I again sounded the alarm but there was no urgency to resolve. I kept being told that it would be corrected at the end of the installation. The guys chipped the new entry door frame. There was grout dust everywhere. They removed painted baseboards but refused to paint the new ones that I was coaxed into. They even lied about not being licensed to paint (per Venus) ! A little verification with Nevada State Contractors Board sorted that out! My pavers were a mess. I complained to Silva and Mary constantly but initially Silva, someone who was quick to tell me that she was a subcontractor and did not work for the company responded. On the final installation day (about a week later) Silva sent out the lead installer and another installer. The lead became irritable, saying " we have to pour the grout somewhere! " He then left the lone, non English speaking installer to finish and clean up. He did not properly reinstall my dryer, resulting in another expense. He hosed down the yard and covered the grout dumping with rock just before dark. I really hoped that they were better but once they dried, the persistent damage was apparent. And I found the covered dumping. Silva became defensive and I asked that the management team come out to see for themselves. No one ever did. I also demanded that only managers who actually work for Express Flooring communicate with me. I advised the team that I would have my landscaper start a proper clean up. Silva and then Mary who I finally spoke with assured me that someone would be out to power wash again at a minimum, that they would make it right. We are now three weeks out. They repaired an already chipped tile and an uneven tile but no one from the company has ever come to address the pavers. My landscaper could not remove all of the grout with power washing. I advised Mary that I was going to proceed to replace the worst of them. She did not offer any rebuttal. I informed her on Friday that I was replacing them after having a difficult time locating them. Today, after the installation, she pushed back. Really? I really tried to look at reviews for this company. I see them now and they are awful! I do not know how my case will resolve but I have frozen funds until it is fairly resolved. Do your due diligence and pick another company! That little money that you think you will save may cost you more in the end. The flooring doesn't look bad but because of the problems and not knowing what to expect in quality down the road, it is hard to even appreciate them. I paid and signed a contract to lock in a date. According to contract it states they would call the day of before arriving around 10-12 (or 12-2 cannot remember). The day of I'm waiting for a call, forward my phone when I head to work at 11 and then get really busy at work when I notice it's 2 PM already. Call my husband, carpet installers never showed or called him. They didn't show up at all or call that day. I had to reach out to customer service to ask what was up. Was told they'd reach back out because there was some issue with the contract. I have not received a call nor have the carpet installers arrived.
