Guy who brought my stuff to front had on shoes that were so old and beat his toes (no socks) were hanging out, clothes were filthy and pushed my table off his furniture truck down onto the parking lot asphalt. If my furniture wasn't rustic, I would have not purchased. Will never go back.

I contacted the manager, Junior. I asked about a warranty. His response was I can bring it back. My husband and I are in our 50s. We physically cannot pick it up and move it. Our sons had left to go home in other states. I had to file for repair request on the year warranty for something we had less than 30 days. And when the repairman came, he told us the fan was broke and the door was bent. He came back a week later to fix the fan and physically push the door frame back in. However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I wanted to give others a heads up. IF you buy something from these people, make certain it actually works.
